It was a great experience with Dr. Sandeep Gupta. He is a wonderful urologist and surgeon. He ensured a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up of my mother.  I especially loved how Dr. Gupta really took his time to explain her conditions with me as well as her treatment options. I would highly recommend Dr. Gupta to anyone.

Very approachable and friendly behaviour. Explains things well. It would be good if he doesnt charge for report visits at least. He did PCNL surgery for my mothers kidney stone and there were no complications. But had to incur lots of additional expenses due to multiple visits and each time he took full fees even for seeing reports.

Dr. Sandeep Gupta, is very supportive and caring doctor. I was gone there for prostate surgery of my father. Befor this I visited so many urologist and finally met with them due to highly recommendation of one of my colleague.The service/ treatment that I received from Dr gupta was excellent.Prostate surgery of my father was done under his supervision at ILS Saltlake on dated 11.07 .21 and after three days released from hospital. Now my father is fit and fine.

One of the worst Doctor I have ever met. Truly speaking , he has probably done some degree from kota or purchased it with money. He doesnt know how to behave with patient and he doesnt review the reports which he written to test. Without listening a case properly he suggested CT scan with some more test and while I did all test and revisit he did not check them properly. He is making money only nothing else.If you want to save your hard earned money never visit to this doctor.

My father undergone prostrate surgery under Dr Sandeep Gupta. Although it was a prostrate surgery but chance of failure in the OT was more than 50% reason being my father had angioplasty few days back alongside was suffering with hematuria. Words cannot describe how thankful I am to Dr. Sandeep Gupta because of him my father is living a healthy life. I know I cannot repay this debt whatever he has done for my father but please let me know if you need any help from me I will be there.

He diagnosed my father for some urology related issues at ILS but was not ready to review the test reports prescribed by him and told me that he will only review the report if I pay him his fees. ILS confirmed me his fees as 700.However, he asked me to visit spandan hospital where I was initially told that I would be charged 1000 & 100 as his consulting fee & registration fees for spandan respectively. After, I showed discontent infront, doctor arrogantly asked the receptionist to take his consulting fees as 900 & 100 as hospital charges just to get rid of my discontent. He also insisted me to pay the money first as if I was running somewhere. Weirdo behaviour it was.Now, as per service, I showed him the soft copy of the reports which he refused to have a look at. I apologised to him mentioning it was my mistake that I did not carry the hard copy still he did not had a look at the reports. He just went through the old prescription and listed medicines for next six weeks and recommended me to visit him again post usg test. I am so sorry to say this but I felt very bad.I do not have any grudges against him. Just that, If anyone else reading this post comes across his name for any treatment, one should consider his attitude, behaviour and thought. ​Very rude with family once he gets his money.

Dr. Sandeep Gupta has done BNI + UD surgery for my mother around 2 months ago and she is fine as of now. Dr. Sandeep Gupta has helped me in hospital arrangements in this pandemic situation. He is soft spoken and seems very confident about his job.

My wife got seriously ill on 05.12.2020 and we shifted her from our native place to Kolkata for treatment. He waited for around one and half hour in hospital for us till we arrived the hospital and that too during Covid-19 pandemic situation. My wife got stabilised very quickly under his treatment and got discharged from hospital ( ILS Dumdum ) on 07.12.2020.He is an expert doctor in this area and very dynamic, caring , with human value. He extended his service to us online considering the situation and responds to our requirement over phone. My wife is perfectly OK under his treatment. We rate him very highly in his profession.Further to my above review I want to add that Dr. Gupta has made himself available for the followup treatment of my wife. Normally , the doctors dont provide personal contact number , but he has made available himself at our call. He has provided us online consultation in this difficuilt situation. My wife is doing perfectly ok under his treatment. We rate him very highly in his field of specialization and with very good human value.
