Hi.Myself Abhisek Roy. I have admitted my parents for operation at Binayak hospital this year.My father was suffering from osteoarthritis in his left leg. Having high BP and he is 81 years of old. My mother is 67 years old and had an fracture at her femur bone. She is suffering from chronic bronchictasis since last 20 years. We were very concerned regarding the operations.Both the operations was not only successful but post operative care, ambulance facility, test facility, covid protocols, hospital stuffs behaviour, care taken by Doctors and Nurses was outstanding. I have visited so many renowned multispeciality hospital in Kolkata in last 15 years for my parents treatment....but I must say the quality of treatment and the service which we got at Binayak hospital is absolutely unmatched, above my expectation and fully satisfied.even interms of hospital expenditure they have not charged a single rupee extra. Since then I have started recommending Binayak hospital and diagnostic to others also....because our society really required this type of hospitals who are not only providing best health care but also doing ethical practice too....which is presently very rare in kolkata..thanks to Binayak hospital.

I have admitted my wife twice in 2 different occasion in a very critical stage.She recovered completely from a dying condition.The behaviour of nurses and staff were very good, polite.You should not compare the service of this hospital with Apollo hospital.Here the charges are one fifth of that of Apollo hospital.Reasonable charges, good staff and doctors are the plus point of this hospital.

The front-desk staffs are very co-operative including the TPA Desk... All nursing and administrative staffs including the RMO is very inter-active and the facilities provided to the patients are quite good and upto the standards... Acceptance of card payment is an added advantage....

Hi.I m Jyanta Ghosal.recently I have visited binayak hospital for doing MRI. I am very satisfied with the testing facility, world class testing equipment, quality as well as the resonable charges.hospital Stuffs are very polite and helpful...overall very nice experience.

The ambiance is very poor. Staffing is bad. Availablity of doctors is inadequate. Ability of doctors is doubtful. The hospital has very less coordination or sanitization.

Went there to get jabbed for the second dose. The line was extremely long . The staffs inside were chatting and taking their own sweet time to call for the next batch. I had to wait for 2 hours in the line just for a 10 min vaccine procedure. Very poor management of vaccination drive. I will never recommend anyone to get jabbed over here.

Doesnt even deserve one star, I got vaccinated today and they dont even let you sit there for 10 mins while a patient after getting vaccinated must wait for over 30 mins. The staff is rude, hostile, uncultured, barbaric. If you run a hospital, make sure you recruit good staff or at least tame them before getting them to serve people.

Excellent hospital with best doctors and courteous staffa

This hospital is moderately medium quality hospital with required facilities available. The hospital is located close to Sinthee More Crossing. Which indeed is a prime locatjon. “Binayak Healthworld”, a brainchild of Mr. Karan Singh. One can easily locate the establishment as it is in close proxomity to Dum Dum. The charges of any tests are quite reasonable. So I recommend this hospital .

Covid vaccines are fairly expensive.. they are charging 950 per shot.. also the arrangement was not upto the mark given the amount you pay for the service.

My sister was admitted to this hospital as per doctor preference. Doctors fee was 400 hundred they charged 1200 per visit.During 4 days doctor visit only 2 times to the patient and they add 8 times charge. To increase the bill they perform many unnecessary tests and diagnosis. 4 days normal bill is 47000

Most worthless hospital, RMO r not experienced, not to care patients and also kill them with wrong treatment.

Very poor service. They keep doctors or robbers? They just want to earn money. They just infused wrong blood group to one of my relatives and damaged her kidney permanently. I mean are we living in 21st century? We are going to lawyer and media both.

Covid19 test is being done here. Test report is generated between 24-48hours. But utter mismanagement at its best. Sitting arrangements are so pathetic ,you cant differ between a normal people and covid suspected person coz so many of people are there together. 20 persons are getting tested per day. You have to book a prior appointment for this test ,still it will take a long 3 to 4hours to be completed. So its advisable to keep and maintain personal hygiene and safety for own sake.

Useless staff don’t know how to communicate i ask them is there any doctor available they ignore my question and i just get a response from them on my third time, the doctors are useless everyone is too casual and when i went inside the doctor room 3 staffs come inside with me and stare at me, they should not open hospital if they continue to behave and treat patient this way, i told them i just need medical fitness form and i have shoulder pain earlier the doctor was saying ohhh abdomen pain like so casual i don’t even say that i have abdomen pain, the doctor who was sitting doesn’t seem to understand english also after saying my problem he simply ask one of the staff what did she said? Really a doctor who don’t know english i bet he buy his certificate from someone. I recommend everyone not to go here it is hell..WORST HOSPITAL IN INDIA

Very sorry to say during this pandemic trying to call the desk number of this hospital to get one patient admitted . But the hospital was reluctant to help over phone .Without getting relevant information about the hospital bed availability how can you take one patient to this hospital at night ?
