Poor experience!!! Poor management and staffs!!!! Cabins have no bed for the patient party to stay in relax!!!! Ward boys are completely shameless in asking for tips!!! Housekeeping staffs and the ward boys are worthless and shameless to ask for tips only. The night attendants will keep sleeping after their dinner and will behave politely only on the day of discharge to get some tips!!! Painful experience while the channel is made before operation!!Above all the irresponsible nurses and attendants keep on complaining about their duty schedules and hand over!! No minimum sympathy for patients!! I got admitted for fistula operation but didnt a proper tub for the sitz bath before discharge and had to walk a long way to urinate!!! Please make some arrangements for these things!!

My Grandmother was admitted in this nursing home. After 16 days, she was dead, just because of carelessness and irresponsibility of the nurses..She was stable but need continuous oxygen support.. They open their oxygen mask to check, how much time patient can breathe normally without oxygen mask.. but they didnt monitoring properly and put it back..That is why oxygen saturation falls down and she got heart attack..Natural death of your nearest one is though acceptable but if it is, because of someones irresponsibility, can not acceptable..Worst Hospital.Please do not go here for treating any critical patient.

I cannot comment a lot about the infrastructure and service of the hospital. But I am extremely satisfied with cooperation received from one of their staff Mr. Bishwajit.. The way he handled my patient, is really appreciable and commendable. I wish him long life. He is an Asset to this industry.

Worst treatment vogous staff no doctors are available no special nurse is available. Patient do not get right treatment.Dont go for this hospital.They only know how to take money from patient party. Doctor make tensed to paitent party and admit patient only for taking money.Worst vogus.

Good Service at the point of need. The medical staffs quickly attended the patient and extended all through support and assistance in Treatment, specially Mr. Rupayon Mishra who has assisted at every step from Admission till Discharge. Basically I visited this Banie Hospital for admission for some treatment as I referred by my physician. So right now I am not in a position to share my experience. I will share after my experience after returning to take there service.Now I returned from the BAINE HOSPITAL after my gallbladder stone operation by my Doctor Purnendu bhowmik on 16th. August at about 5 p.m., referred by GOD like physician DR. ASHOKE KUMAR DAS and DR. RANADHI DAS.So far DR. PURNENDU BHOWMIK, he is the best surgeon for in this field. He is so nice in all respect.Staffs of BAINE HOSPITAL is very good with smile services.The service of night duty sisters need more attention for the GENERAL WARD section patients. They did not response for the patient properly as I have experience when I was admited in 16th. and 17th. AUGHST 2021Anyhow, Thanks to all associated with this BANIE HOSPITAL.

I did not want to give even a single star to this hospital. My father was admitted due to high fever and they did not even do covid test. They did only CT scan of lungs..they did not give him any care..total mismanagement and carelessness..they provided one ph number to speak with patient which they never pick..no one has any idea of any patients..my father could not survive and they said to take the body home, as nobody knew that it was covid and test was never performed..so irresponsible..if you really love your loved ones, keep them at home but never approach this hospital even if there is no bed in whole world.

I have a very bad experience in May 2021 where my Covid+ relative who was otherwise stable when admitted, died only because (a) They do not have adequate modern equipment or infrastructure to support progressive critical condition and also (b) Do not have properly trained nurse. Even after death they have extreme mismanagement in handling the paperwork and conducting last rights. Please do not go here for treating any critical patient.

My first time experience with Baine was really good. My dad was hospitalized at Baine for last 8 days and got discharged on this Monday.All the staffs are really good and addressed our queries well. The nurses and attendants on the floor were responsive. Special mention to Dr. Koushik Basu, he was very good throughout and made sure a speedy recovery for my dad. A shout out to Mr Debashish Ganguly, he eased up the entire process for us and made sure to keep us posted with periodic updates on my fathers health and also handled the overall stay pretty well.

Baine hospital has taken my grandmother into their utmost care in the need of this hour, when it is almost next to impossible to get a hospital bed for any patient. They provide many facilities which a patient may need. And even if they dont have any particular facility, they arrange what the patient need. My granny needed to do colonoscopy test which they dont do in their hospital. They hospital has arranged everything on its own we just needed to give our nod. I would also like to give a special mention to the Relationship Manager of the hospital- Mr. Palash Bhattacharya. He guided me throughout the process, from admission till discharge. Thank you Team Baine for curing COVID and giving my father a second life. From admission, regular consultation, 24hours support the journey was really smooth. When actually there was huge scarcity of medicines and oxygen, not for a single day we had to worry about the same. Hospital authority had taken utmost care of everything very efficiently and kept all the matters very transparent. Doctors and all hospital staffs were no doubt very cooperative.I should mention the name of Dr Ranadhi Das, Kaushik Mondal and Palash Bhattacharya who were always literally a call away and have given constant support and still guiding whenever required even after a month of getting diacharge.

I admit here on 20th May 2021. Pathetic service and staff behavior at 2nd floor. I was in the cabin 300. Where not a single staff attended. Every time.r you need to press the bell 6/7 times then aya will come. They are not at all professional at billing... over priced.Pathetic management; shame ! Shame!

I have lost my loving Mother due to worst treatment of this Hospital ( Samsan Ghat). Nurses are 3rd grade.Floor Mangers are illiterate .Treatment is Worste. RMOs are illiterate. Behavior of Staffs like Mastan .Dont admit your loving one ever here.You will be surely lost your loving one. Even you will not given the pending reports after discharge also. My father was admitted in this hospital with Covid symptoms. Unfortunately he could not survive, possibly because we were late and he had other co-morbidities. Still, I am extremely thankful to Dr Sourav Kundu for all the help & support that he provided in arranging for a bed, being in constant touch, guidance & directions. I wish, we had connected earlier. I am thankful to all the hospital staff, who are tirelessly working amidst this pandemic to serve humanity and save lives. Many thanks to Mr. Palash for attending the calls & queries round the clock. Ms. Payel from reception also deserves special mention. I saw her attending patients families with a smile even at difficult situations. In my case, she helped me in connecting with GM sir to resolve a critical issue. I found some minor discrepancies in the hospital bill but cleared the same and informed billing team. They have assured me for corrections, if required, even at a later date. I wish all the best to all the hospital staff for their continual service to mankind during this crisis.

My brother RANJAN DAS got discharged yesterday after 21 days of stay in BAINE HOSPITAL Baranagore. He was Covid positive. When we admitted his in hospital, he was very serious condition and on continuous Oxygen support.He was admitted in the ICU under Dr. SOURAV KUNDU sir.Dr . SOURAV KUNDU sir is a very good doctor and he save my brother life. His way of handling patients is excellent and so soothing that the patient feels immensely confident about recovery.Other doctors and nurses are very much co-operative and specially the staffs and management part ( Mr Koushik Mondal (GM), Payal Sarkar ) is really appreciable.I would rather say, this hospital has built-up a confidence in me that if a patient is admitted here on time, he/she would get a life back for sure!

My aunt got discharge after 12 days from BAINE hospital,she got covid positive. I want to thanks Dr. Koushik Dutta and Dr. Sabyasachi Chatterjee for giving my patient a new life.Special thanks to Mr.Palash Bhattacharya, who appears like a God in that devastating situation,when there is no bed in any hospital,no oxygen and my patient saturation is falling down .I got his reference from one of my friend and contact him, he arranged a bed, constantly giving each and every updates of my patient. This is today’s incident. In the crucial time of COVID —19. Our relative was supposed to be admitted yesterday in the hospital. Even when we contacted and made sure about the vacancy of beds, and made sure the patient would be admitted to this particular hospital only if bed is available for the time being. The patient was not able to be admitted yesterday. Today at 2 pm in the afternoon ambulance took the patient to the hospital. We had to wait for 4 hours before the patient could be admitted. And his wife is told to wait and talk with the doctors and discuss about the reports. Unfortunately she has been waiting for 6 hours ( 6th hour is right now) and has not been able to talk with the doctor. I don’t know how even the RMO is not available to talk. Very poor service according to the lumsum money charged. Disgusted with the whole experience.

My Doctor here was Dr Sourav Kundu. He is next to god. Without him my survival was not possible. I do believe he is the best doctor in the world. For covid-19 according to my perception no doctor is better than him. I am Atreyi paul.My mother was admitted from 24/04/21 to 5/05/21 under the Dr.Sourav Kundu sir.He is next to God to me.Without him it was quite impossible to bring my mother back.I do believe he is the best doctor in this hospital.I want to appreciate floor Manager Shubhasree di for your wonderful co operation.Thank you Mr.Palas da(admin) whose polite behaviour and helping attitude left me spellbound and thank you GM Mr.Kaushik Mondol sir who was extreamly helpful.Besides the nurses, ward boys and everyone there are very good with a welcoming and healing behaviour. The hospital is near dunlop has good facilities and infrastructure. Besides, the staff’s hospitality and service level are speechless . Specially mention for Mr. Palash who was extremely helpful and accessible all through. At 12 th April my entire family was in very devastating situation..Most of renowned hospitals refused to take patient when my patients saturation was 82. At that time I have called Dr. Dutta and he gives the reference of Palash da. He arranged a bed and at that time he helps us like a god.. thank u so much.. day by day my patient improved.he helps us in various ways. He gaves us every updates about patient. My father was admited on 13th April and my mother was admited on 16th April at Baine Hospital because of the tendency of covid positive of my family members at Baine Hospital. My wife was suffering from severe covid pneumonia and was admitted to the hospital for 12 days and was well treated, immediately attended for the days and was discharged normal and now My wife fit and fine.special thanks to Dr Kaushik Dutta who was there for me always and the whole management including the nurses specially Bandana madam, Boishaki madam, Subhasree madam and the extra help didis. highly appreciated and thank you so much.

My wife and I were admitted to this hospital due to COVID. Before admission, I was not aware of this facility. By Gods grace two beds were managed here when I was suffering from breathing problems for last couple of days. My wifes condition was not that bad, but she had sugar and thyroid. I was fortunate to get admitted under a very good doctor - Dr. Kaushik Dutta. Mr. Palash Bhattacharya coordinated our admission and was very helpful during our entire stay there. Nurses are good in technical knowledge, but lack behavioural training. Aaya and ward boys etc are good but very stressed because of extreme shortage of work force.Floor cleaning etc happens regularly. But change of bed sheet, patients dress etc are not done regularly.Because of short supply (I suppose) many patients didnt have basic amenities like toothpaste, brush etc. even after couple of days of admission.They try to provide healthy and protein rich diet for the COVID patients.Finally the overall expenses is within reach of middle class families.We had mediclaim and the cashless claim process was hassle free for us.The Baine Hospital is doing their best in this very difficult time. I express my sincere thanks and gratitude to the entire team for sending us back home.I strongly recommend to get admitted to this facility for any COVID related complications.

My mother admitted from 17 th April, 21, I hope so she will recover as soon as possible. Ganguly babu is a responsible person, coordination with doctor and other issue regarding patient party handle with care and Soma Saha also same like that.
