Had a pathetic experience. Had gone to show a scan report to Dr. Chandrima Paul. Even after telling them they kept us waiting for more than 2.5 hours taking us through eye power testing (not required or asked for) only to tell us after that, that RT PCR test report is needed before doctor sees. It was utter harrassment, especially since they dont even check temperature of incoming patients or their kin.

Worst service.. Loot of Patients money .. Uncesseary tests advised.. No care of patients.. I wont recommend anyone to visit

Very nice and reliable eye care centre with specialization of surgery of cataract , retina & glucoma .Dr.partha Biswas is a very helpful & co-operative doctor with specialization in the field who undertook both eye surgery of mine and also of my wife.All the associated junior doctors & statf demand appreciation for their politeness and co-operation.Sitting arrangements and instruments are very good and modern.However charges are very high.The location is A1 Communication is alsoA1,posh area.

Situated near Minto Park it is one of the best institutions for eyecare as all kinds of services related to eyecare can be found here. It has testing facilities, surgical infrastructure, pharmacy, glasses shop.Only perk is that the fees are costly hence it is tough for middle class families.

Well service, good doctor and well behavior

For the past month Ihave been accompanying my friend who got treated. Never ever have come across a rude doctor like Mrs Paul....somehow get a feeling that she is doing a favour!Treatment is one part but being nice or atleast not being rude to the patients is the other and equally important that too with senior citizens like us.Very disappointed

Had a laser surgery but it felt like they are just keep telling I have a problem because of money. Dr.Chandrani Pauls behaviour is very rude. I left my eye check up in mid way. I dont at all refer this doctor. And also I dont refer bb eye foundation because the staff behaviour is rude. Also they dont take good care of patient. My surgeon was good though I felt no pain during the laser surgery but still I dont refer this hospital

Very well organised. Well trained and professional staff. Clear instructions makes life easy here. Pretty crowded with patients but service is still relatively quick.

The most unprofessional bunch of people are sitting at the reception. Waiting since 9am and till 9:50 no billing was done and someone who came from Dubai was allowed to the doctors chamber directly. This what we call unprofessional.Would never visit again and would never recommend

The worst eye hospital to visit.. No social distance being maintained in Covid times. You spent almost 6000/- bucks and doctor don’t even call u back to discuss the report. Dr. Chandrima Paul is simply pathetic.. very money minded and felt like I went to a very crowded temple to see god for a second or two... learn my lessons hard way... both doctors and hospitals are big disappointments... not at al recommended... skip this one... if u are serious about your eye problems... pathetic..

Good hospital for eye surgery

My uncle, who is now 55 years old, had visited the B B Eye Foundation for eye infection. He was supremely impressed by the Doctor. He was given a very insightful explanation of his problem, which was followed by a follow-up visit and prescription. From a distance, I could understand that my uncle appeared satisfied and recovered well post the consultation.

If the foundation boasts of catering world class service, why the hell then none picks up the phone ?? Both the numbers mentioned in their website keeps ringing off to glory with no one bothering to answer it. Such a waste!! Seems the establishment is in dearth of staff.

Overall process of handling patients are average. I found staffs are cordial except the lady on right hand side of the entrace. There are couple of good doctors here. However, the place is very small and congusted inside. Within this they opened a small food corner.

After waiting for more than 3 hours and paying ₹800 , the doctor checked me for 30 seconds and it was over did not have the time to explain me anything.very dissatisfied......at the end I was told thrice to purchase my medicine from the shop which was right next to the waiting area

Docs are best here but service by staffs are biased & discriminatory.All staffs here do partiallity between Bengali & Non-Bengali, they will give keep you waiting & give late appointment i.e if you arrives at 11am then they will give you appointment at 5pm after all Bengali patient gets treatment first.What kind of foundation is this?A place of health check-up also became a management quota forum for general people.Shame on such kind of people & mentality.

Prior appointment doesnt make any sense.Improvement of front desk and cash counter is of utmost importance.

Very unproffessional service and systems. they cancelled my confirmed appointment without informing me, and when asked, kept shifting me from different dept to dept, refusing to accomodate my issues.

Extremely poor reception, totally insensitive towards patients plight. Appointment was given for 12.30, we reached on time, after 1hour of sitting, when asked, receptionist said, she doesnt know when will doctor come. Upon stressing, they checked that doctor can be expected by 4... Imagine, no respect towards patients time....

Nobody picks up the phone. Even after trying so many time somebody pickes up the phone she is rude and least interested to help with appointment. Frustrating and disgracefull. After the first interaction to get an appointment I am scared to go there now, aprehending the kind of staff I might face.

Nice place in kolkata for eye related problems. Got my uncles cataract surgery done here by Dr Partha Biswas, vision recovered fully. But here the waiting period is just unbearable even for normal eye check you have to wait 3-4 hours.

Reception Staff misbehaved at the counter.Entire reception and clinic stinking of toilet.Very poor attitude of the entire staff clinic.Very Unhygienic.Mr avijit dey misbehaved was talking over the phone and reluctant towards every patient.

Worst place to do surgery, my mother had laser surgery here and lost her vision fully. One female Doctor never did proper followup and my mothers life is total mess. The doctor was so rude and I Will never forgive that doctor for all the mess she has done to my mother!!! After the unsuccessful surgery, I took my mother to Singapore and the doctor there told that previous surgery was a mess. Thank you doctor for all the mess.

Infrastructure, Doctors and machinery wise this place is up to date. But they have a very huge path to cover in terms of humanity and behavior.

Lots of wait to see the doctors inspite of appointment, mismanaged , and PLEASE research what they suggest as they are for profit and have some bad experiances like 2 injection wroth Rs 17000 each, the effect of which stays for 1 days, hard to imagine the doctor does not know that. tread with care, beware which doctors refer you as they might need a cut of proceed and you might be exploited.
