Various quality of product with standard price. Some of the sales representative are good and some of them are not so ok.

Very bad experience. After purchasing the sales man is not picking up the phone. Neither the number provided in the bill is responding. My product is not delivered. Im waiting for 7 days. Again I think I have to go to the shop nd shout nd then I hope they will respond. Very unprofessional. Not recommended at all.

June, this year, we purchased a laptop from this showroom. Mr. Abhishek, a true gentleman and a prefect salesman, guided us to select a model of our choice.Impressed as we were, we approached him once again, when we thought, on 26th September, to buy a fridge.He introduced us to Mr. Amit Mondal who was in charge of that section. After selecting the fridge we reminded him that we have been offered 5% cashback by another dealer.He promptly thumped his chest and promised 17% cashback plus a gift.Delighted we were, we made the payment. But to our dismay we found we have been actually given 5% cashback instead of 17% as promised.When confronted Mr Mondal went back on his word saying he said Upto.A blatant lie as far as we were concerned.Now about the gift.As we did not like the gift offered to us,Mr. Mondal suggested on a payment of additional ₹800.00 we can get an Induction Cooker. We agreed and after making the payment we were told it will be delivered to our address, the same evening, as it was not in ready stock.It did not reach that everything and many evening thereafter.Disgusted with his repeated false promises I visited Mr. Sabyasachi Chatterjee,the Manager, and complained about Mr. Mondals unprofessional behavior and untruthfulness. As a typical manager he tried to console me though I could make out he was very embarrassed with Mr.Mondals stupid arguments.He assured me that the cooker will be delivered that very evening. He did keep his promise and atlast, after 5 days the cooker was delivered.My advice to future customers, either totally avoid Mr. Amit Mondal or insist to give him all offers and promises in writing.

The Biggest Mistake I have done by purchasing from here .. its seems all ok till you purchase the product but once you done with your purchase there will be no kind of customer support you can expect from the staff .... I am regretting a very big time by purchasing from them ..The sales manager should know that there is something called customer supoort beyond selling the product ..I had received a damaged product from their end .but when i i complained the same the sales team intially denied replacing the product .. after lot of follow up and they replace the product after 7 days ....and the sales manager is so busy that he can never attend your call ..
