I have purchased an AC from kasba branch on 26th march 2021. Today is 30th march 2021 9.15 pm and i have not received the product till now.Today I have visited the store once in morning, they promised me to deliver by 6 pm. When I have not received till 7 pm. I called them. Gopal picked up the call, behave rudely and told me it will deliver today. Now the store is closed and I have not received my product yet.Bill number RJD/SO2021/10194

Dont buy product from this outlet. They dont co-operate with customers. Their service is the worst. I bought a geyser from here. After purchasing they stop receiving calls and delayed delivery the product. They told installation will be done within 48 hours which has not been done even after 5 days now.

Very poor service. They do not take phone calls after the purchase has been made. I have been calling 3 days after the purchase, they dont take calls, neither do they deliver the product on time.

Good place for buying electronic things.

I was sceptical reading the reviews. But Mr Shibaram Das was very cooperative. He helped us choose the right model with his inputs. The refrigerator we purchased was delivered and installed within 48 hours.

They stop receiving calls even before they sale transaction is over ...I.e. delivery and installation(in my case it was tv). They are more reluctant than telecommunication services , at least they are sorry and they understand..

Please remove the given phone number here. It is a wrong number this shop has inserted. disturbing the number of Bangalore.
