Good collection of electrnics from TV to stereo to gas oven

If possible I would have provided a negative rating. This store has a tendency to push for products that are defective. There are customers who may not be quite familiar with the technicalities of a product. There are few salesmen, who take this as an opportunity to push a defective product under such circumstances and then deny to exchange the product. Extremely poor customer experience.

I have purchased the machine from capital electronics garia sitala mandir. on 9th dec, It has been 8 days todays they cant deliver daily calling the salesman daily..

Was a good store previously. But in the last 6 years the store has gone from bad to worse. The salespeople mislead you to but expensive & shoddy stuff. Bought an AC for 55k. It was the worst purchase. They mislead me to buy this particular model from samsung and provided me with a faulty piece. Not recommending to anyone.

Very friendly staff . I personally like it because they give importance to each customer in the store and provide excellent service. They do their best to match the market price and offer a very competitive price for any electronics item

Nice place to buy laptopa or mobiles. Bought lenovo laptop from there and got three years warranty and shopperstop voucher. Bajaj finance and TATA Capita both are available there also PAYTM guy is there to assist with the buy. All associates are helpfull. 😄

Dont ever buy anything from this centre...they charged me Rs.2500 installation fee along with the voltas ac i bought from their store and for the bill they wrote they charged rupee 1...whereas outside, the installation charge from the company itself is charging maximum 1000 bucks..i cant even proof now that they charged us so much for the installation cos they took the whole amount as the charge of the bill for the ac

Lacks variety of products /brands. I was looking for Bluetooth speakers but they had only 2-3 choices.
