I had book a table for a surprise success party for my husband. I have just asked for a backdrop decor and a cake. But what I received was unimaginable. The whole decor was complimentary, cake was paid and they have baked a pineapple flavoured and it was really delicious. The food was very tasty and we received an excellent hospitality. The behaviour of the service boys were so so homely. The managers were also very nice. Would recommend people to please visit and get a royal feel. We were a group of 18 and went there to celebrate my aunts anniversary.. The arrangements done my them was extremely satisfying, the complementary decoration and cake was a charm.. Overall excellent food.. Courteous staff and an amazing experience.. Would highly recommend

Hazarduari Dhaba is situated at 3no. Airport gate in Birati. The reception of the restaurant staffs were overwhelming. The interior and the ambience makes you feel special like शाही type. A soothing raag was playing all around. You can find all types of food like mughals of course, Chinese, continental, bengali etc. The quantity and quality of dishes are good. Prices of foods are reasonable. The staffs are friendly too. Overall must visit restaurant.

Ideal place for small parties

We recently used the banquet space on their terrace (Hawa Mahal) for a small get-together involving 17 people. It was very well arranged by the authorities, the food was also very good and tasty. Overall it was a nice experience.

The nice ambience of the restaurant makes you feel at home. Wonderful Bengali cuisine can make you fall in love with the restaurant. Worth trying.

This was my first visit to this Restaurant. On the occassion of my Best Friends Bachelor Party, we all went to this Restaurant. The infrastructure, design and arrangement of the dinning area looked Royal, vintage and classy.The theme done on the walls of the restaurant is inspired by Hazarduari of West Bengal and is quite appealing.The copper wine glass, the welcome shots, the hospitality and the attention to details of the restaurant associates sealed the deal for me. We ordered Hazarduari vegetable non-veg soup, chicken reshmi kabaab, tandoor chicken, crispy chili baby corn, masala kulcha and chili paneer. The soup is a must try one, its basically a vegetable broth with chicken and spinach, brocolli, and few other veggies. The starters met the expectations of our taste buds and also the size of the portions was decent and the price evenly matched the quality. Masala kulcha is one of the must try items here and chili paneer just pleased our taste for good food.The last part was the best where we got finger bowls without even asking. The gesture and conduct was just perfect in the entire episode of our first visit to this place. Hope I would get in back here soon and try out new items .A must visit place in the nearby of the Dum dum Airport.

This place can be easily located. It is located near Airport. I would rather say this restaurant is located on the Belghoria Expressway (NH - 2E). Initially I thought it would be an expensive restaurant but after my first visit, it was a wonderful experience. I had dinner there and let me tell you that they serve one of the best quality food at a very reasonable price. This restaurant is very underrated. I think everyone should visit at least once, you will never regret your decisions. The staffs are also very well mannered. They also have a banquet hall and rooms to stay for guests.

The exclusivity of this hotel is its decoration. The ambiance is literally sophisticated and calm .Food quality is good, and the behaviour of staffs are cordial.

Superb ambience and supremely good behavior of the staff. Very clean! The food is good, not to die for though. But they take a good amount of time to serve any dish, so that makes me relieved to think that they are preparing it right then. They also give complimentary drinks.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 5 days in Nov 2019. The stay was very memorable. The best part of the hotel is it’s staff. They are very caring and alwYs there Ronald the guests comfortable. This was special as some ofMy team members needed special support. Food is good but range was limited for vegetarians. All in all a very good place to stay and be close to the airport and away from the bustle of the city. Thank you staff.

Rooms & Food were excellent. Very near to Kolkatta Airport. Staff is very pleasant and welcoming. I forgot my mobile charger but staff couriered it on my address in Delhi on the second day. & they didnt charge me anything for the same. I recommend strongly, you should try this hotel for once.

A chance visit to this Restaurant,while driving on our way back to Kolkata.Heavy rainsforced us to stop and we found this attractive Hotel Hazarduari just near the flyover. The best part was the Hotel security rushing with umbrellas to escort us to the restaurant.It was a pleasant surprise to see the nice ambience of the restaurant and it was not crowded. They were having Fish Festival hence a wide choice was available. The service was leisurely but good and staff helpful.The food was delicious and portions adequate. A good option for those staying nearby and want to enjoy a quite meal with family.

Its an average hotel with basic amenities. Visited the place to attend a friends wedding. The place has 2 identical halls on 1st and 2nd floor which can be served for guests. However the size of the hall is small and is adequate for not more than 100 people. Also, the ceiling height is very low and the place feels cramped.

This is my humble request please dont go to this place. In their hotel for staying or in their restaurant. I have experienced both. The taste of food is average to bad. Ive attended a wedding there lately. Their utter mismanagement is eyesoring. They mixed two types of rices, which results a half-boiled half-sticky thing. The fish preparation was equally bad. I think it was preserved for many months. The same thing happened with chicken preparation. The room tariff is so high that you can easily find it unimaginable with little complementary facility. Please dont opt to go there.

Nice place with respect to food, ambience and conveyance. Communication to the restaurant is very good. But the parking is worst. It is outside the perimeter and the place is so dirty, especially in monsoon.

The Ambiance and Food was good, but they really need to work on people. I found the staff to be over smart and rude specially the Manager/Captain. Entry point to hotel is also an issue as it doesnt go along with Look and feel of hotel inside. Though the owner is really nice

Today i.e 21.10.2019 at around 4.25pm I along with my daughter were going to board the flight ad the hotels location come on the way from Asansol to NSCB Airport we often drop to have some fast food or some snacks but today as our flight time was very short and stopped for loo the manager simply denied to use the toilet and said we cant permit you to go inside just for using restaurants toilet.So inhuman behaviour of the staff even I am owning a Hotel in Asansol in the name of The Hindustan Residency by telling them my intro still they didnt allowed us to use their property. We in our hotel which is very close to highway always provide this kind of service happily.

One must go here once in a lifetime to enjoy their lip smacking Nawabi delicacies along with live music; here the food is not only delicious but also very much pocket friendly. The welcome drink was superb.The Kebabs were really tender and Biriyani was accompanied by Raita. Ice creams were flavourful. Moreover, the entire ambience will make you feel something Royal. The staffs here are very much courteous and jovial. At the end of the day I can only say that we enjoyed a lot in this elegant food joint.
