Staffs are cordial and provide utmost care. Time management is an issue. Please come with ample amount of time in your hand even for a simple service. Though their service is highly appreciable.

One of the best gyms, with very professional trainers who guide you throughout. Also the equipment are well maintained. I strongly recommend vlcc gym for anybody who believe fitness is of prime importance.

Very worst service they do not have any proper communication, I think it is better to workout at home and follow diet then you can loose weight definitely because they will also provide you the diet chart and you have to strictly follow that, all other things they will explain to you is just eye washing. I made a mistake that I have wasted so much money, but did not get any result. Totally waste of money.

They are not doing any miracle to loose weight , they will also give you diet chart , so if you will follow the diet chart at home strictly and do exercise then you can get better result. I have got result after doing this at home. They are charging INR 7000+ GST for loosing 1 kg weight. Do not waste your money. Please read my review before investing your hard earn money.

VLCC BEHALA CHOWRASTA BRANCH REVIEW! AVOID THEM!!VLCC BEHALA CHOWRASTA BRANCH HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE FOR ME IN THE RECENT TIMES. I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR CLIENT SINCE 2016, WHEN THE GYM TRAINERS WERE GOOD. IN FEBRUARY 2020, I MADE A PAYMENT OF 10, 620 RS TO THEM FOR GYM SERVICES. THE GYM CLOSED DOWN DUE TO THE PANDEMIC SITUATION IN MARCH.AFTER THAT, THEY HAD PROMISED ME A SERVICE CONVERSION TO SALON SERVICES.THE MANAGER AT BEHALA BRANCH WAS EXTREMELY ILL BEHAVED AND RUDE WHEN I ASKED FOR THE SAME. SHE ASKED ME TO SHOW MY I CARD, WHICH THEY HAD NEVER PROVIDED ME EVEN AFTER I Made a payment and submitted my photograph. I had lost my bill but had all details of the bank transfer of the money which I had sent as an attachment / screenshot to them.Is it believable that they dont have the details of my payment and what services i had paid for on their system???I complained to their higher authorities and they took action and sent an approval email to the centre manager approving my service conversion. I am thankful to their central marketing team for their prompt intervention. But even after that, I waited for 3 working days and did not receive any call from the chowrasta branch regarding the service details which they were supposed to send me on WhatsApp...when I called up, they again kept insisting on showing the bill and I CARD which of course, they had never provided!The higher authorities must have approved it seeing the details on their system..but the branch people were still delaying and harassing me after making me go through AAAALLLLL of this...I am astonished! How can someone from a hospitality industry behave like that!!! How rude can someone be! I am thoroughly disappointed! I would never ever recommend anyone to go to this centre for salon services! It is the worst I have seen so far!P.S.update on 3.10.2020 at 2.20 pm:Right on the very next day after I wrote this review on Google and filed a complaint with the Consumer forum, I got a message on Whatsapp from the said branch confirming my appointment for facial on 6/10/2020.So, hence proved that it was a genuine case of harassment intended from their side and in fact, the bill and I card etc were mere pretexts used to heckle me!!!Not going to avail any service from them anymore! Nor would I ever recommend anyone to go there!!

I had joined for rehabilitation with a dislocated shoulder, and a meniscus tear, in my right knee. After 2 months, I can walk without my knee cap. My movements are no longer painful. My shoulder has also recovered due to strengthening exercises. I intend to begin running soon.The trainers are friendly, and watchful. They are dedicated, and hard working. Treat to be with them. They are providing very bad service, promising something at the beginning when they have to take money from you after that they will change their statement . I have obtained EMI option for weight loss package.they behaved very politely till the EMI deduction period , after that they started talking in a loud volume and is telling me that I forgot but they have told me properly the terms and conditions . Very worst service , very worst. Please do not waste your money.

Its always better to walk or do physical works than going to slimming centers... If someone has lots of money they can go there but still the result is not as expected as everyone think.. so its my suggestion , walk daily for at least 1 hr, do free hand exercises regularly... You will definitely loose weight.

I am in this gym for about 1year and I have got good results .I was 74 kg and now I reduced to 66 kg. The gym trainers over here are very helpful and are always there for you. This gym is my love ,life and laugh .

One of the best gyms in the city with a very good environment. Trainers are well-educated about fitness nd always present to attend to ur needs. Also the gym provides all the top notch facilities. One also gets assistance of nutritionist nd physician consultation. Definitely a gym worth getting admitted to to kick start ones weight nd fitness goals.

I went through my worst experience ever, both of my eyebrows are highly irregular. I have burning sensation and lots of bruises in my underarms....NEVER expected that....even they kept me waiting for very long time even when the staffs were free. And the hospitality, they dont make you feel at home but will try buttering you up for accessing more expensive services.

I HAD GONE TO ENQUIRE ABOUT A HAIRCUT.I WAS TOLD THAT OF MY ₹ 3,000 CASHBACK, I CAN ONLY ENCASH 40% OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED & THE REMAINING 60% I HAVE TO PAY.THIS WAS NOT DISCUSSED WHEN I ENROLLED FOR THE GYM.MOREOVER, I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT FOR A HAIRCUT ON MONDAY & I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CALLED @ 11 AM ON MONDAY BUT I HAVENT RECEIVE ANY CALL YET.I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ADD THAT MOST OF THE GYM EQUIPMENTS ARE VERY OLD & IN A VERY BAD SHAPE.EVEN THE AC DOESNT WORK PROPERLY MOST OF THE TIME.IF ANY GYM MEMBER ENROLLS FOR A YEAR & WANTS TO TAKE A SHORT BREAK, IT IS NOT GRANTED.ALSO, PREVIOUSLY LOCKER FACILITY WAS PROVIDED FREE OF COST BUT NOW A GYM MEMBER HAS TO PAY A FEE FOR THIS.

They called me and themselves, requested to take their service at chowrasta branch, when I went next day the receptionist said it was from call center and she doesnt see my appointment and hence I should book it again and come tomorrow. It was embarrassing although the salon seemed to be empty besides they only booked the appointment. Very unprofessional will never visit vlcc no wonder its rating is low

Trainer was worst here...they live is there own world they are even not interest in workout.vlcc employees always say from workout you can never loss your weight you must have to take addtion therapy which will help you in reduction of your body weight...vlcc intention is only to grab your money out of your pocket..Although gym is spacious if you no how to workout or can hire a trainer buy paying extra then it ok..

The staff is very interfering and keeps telling made up stories. The service is also very slow and bad. I went for waxing and afterwards I had many rashes, so its not worth the extra price.
