I dont know what others have to say, but I am certainly very happy with my progress. Very bad experience. My money went to complete waste. I had booked a haircut appointment throught an app called little which is obviously associated with this salon. But turns out that the staff at the salon dont even know how the app operates. While it was clearly mentioned in the app that we only need to show the voucher code to them,they behaved extremely unpleasantly with us. I have serious doubts about how they treat other customers. They claimed that is was a false booking that we showed to them when my debit card had been charged for it. So disappointed. Do not recommend this salon to anyone. My money was wasted! Either the app little has some problem or the salon. But whatever that is not my concern and shouldnt be. Because if you are collaborating with an app,you should be well versed with how to use it. Going to post the same thing on the app!
