Overall good experience. Therapists are experienced and friendly. Laser was very effective. I had lovely experience with Deblina , Farah, Soma and Priyanka.

The staffs show utterly careless and desperate attitude toward the customers and even misbehave at times. Dont even try to join this organisation if you value your money. They convince the customers with their soothing words and once you join,they dont even bother. My sincere suggestion to everyone is to stay away from this organisation.

Service ia disappointing.... I m not satisfied with my hair treatment.... The treatment is not worth my money... They also not done a session... They said they will call me for next session, cz next session they will do with a gap, no call received, when i call back 2 or 3 month later, they tell me that its late..

EVEN THE CENTRE MANAGER WAS NOT AT ALL APOLOGETIC FOR THE INCIDENT INSTEAD TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE EVENT.WE ARE PLANNING TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT/FORUM FOR SUCH A CARELESS CONDUCT OF SERVICES @ VIBES - KANKURGACHI .

Its been more than 10 times Im calling to vibes, kakurgachi branch. They are not recieving my call. They told me to come on friday but at the last moment they cancelled the appointment. Still they are not recieving my call, so that I can adjust my another day for the appointment.#NoResponding
