It is inside a complex..you cannot find it from outside...there are no sign boards on the road.... anyways i went here to take my covishield vaccine second dose. They do have facility for online and offline payment. The reception was reasonably good. Can expects it as good as appolo though. They charges Rs 780. No certificate was handed over. Thats normal i guess. They have a few no of chairs in the waiting region.

Horrible management and experience. Indisciplined staff, poor time management and false promises. Do not reccommend this place.

Worst service in city. They have no management here. People have to stand 4 to 5 hours in scorching heat under sun just to get the vaccine. No timing slots are applicable here . In every 1 or 2 hours they are changing the rules to get the vaccine. Some times they are giving tokens, some times they are saying first come first serve, some times they are arranging the queue depending upon age. When ever a person starts shouting on their arrangements they are telling that they will close the vaccination process. Local police came two times to get the situation under control. But the process never came under control. So long story short, TRY TO AVOID THIS CENTER.

Worst service.. Inspire of having online booking for vaccination.. People have to stand in the line for 4-5 hours.. 11am-12pm slots people could get vaccine at 1 pm.. You should manage this properly

Suraksha Diagonastic Birati center is the worst managed center. There is no staff to manage the vaccination drive. I booked my covishield dose 1 at this center. They are charging 900rs. They are not respecting peoples time or the cowin portal slot. They are keeping people in long queue under the sun without any arrangements.. It took 3 hours waiting time for me standing in the sun.. My cowin slot was 10-11am. I reached at 9:50 and got my dose only at 1pm. NO COVID PROTOCOL BEING FOLLOWED. The staff is also very impolite. Please refrain this center.

Insanely inhuman way of working. They are running over capacity and wasted samples.14th April I had given my 1st sample where I was told that reports will be received in 48hrs.On the 72nd hour after enquiring about the delay, i was told that there was a error while running the sample and they need to collect the samples.When the person came to re-collect the sample on 17th April, he was so confortable that he was not even wearing a PPE Kit. And he informed that the vials were damaged.Mr. Arindam and the lady who takes the calls, only kept on saying that the rush is so much etc.There are 2-3 numbers shared with customers and when texted on more than one number, they are like - why are you texting on multiple numbers?Seriously!! If 3 numbers are shared with clients that I think I have the full right to call or text anywhere.Then spoke to Mr. Siddharth Sankar who is sopposedly the Regional Sales manager. His words were samples collected on 17th will be run today on 19th and trust me, he has no clue of what is going on this side.More.than 6days I am trying to confirm if my family is safe and yet helpless.

Birati Suraksha is worst in the city. Haematology section is too poor. Gave me wrong report .. Dont do haematology tests here

Not very helpful to us, because the pathological lab tests are found very contradictory , not so hopeful to us and the pathological charges are very high in comparison with others reputed diagonestic centres in kolkata .

They dont answer the call. It is busy 24*7.plus when their respective comes for taking the RT pcr sample they are not even wearing a PPE kit.

On my payment bill my all details are incorrect my age, my address and also my mob no though I have registered previously. Inspite that i have told all the details again.. They did not deliver my report after correction of my mail I. D. over the phone.

I have been their customer for the last 20 years and their reports and services are at par with the best. Yes, the costs are a bit on the pricier side because they are the most trusted diagnostic centre by the doctors and even the patients. Came here because my mother had to have the Echo Color Doppler and the 24 hours Holter monitor tests done.The staff is extremely helpful and professional and the place squeaky clean. Visited here on a rainy day and the floor was being mopped everytime a person entered the centre. Not only are tests run here but you can see a doctor and consult him too. You might however have to notify the reception first.I would recommend to everyone as Suraksha is undoubtedly the best diagnostic centre in Birati.

Its was a worst experience today from Birati Suraksha. Im not getting my MRI report today whenever they are assured to delivery the report today. Tomorrow Ill not visiting doctor due to this negligence whereas patient are suffering lots of problems due to only this casualness.Next doctor will visit after 7 days. Right now for this delay patient will face lots of issues so who will take the responsibility for it ? Its a poor service from Birati Suraksha centre.

They tell you to bring Xerox of Is proof for USG. You are paying the highest fee for USG here and they can afford to provide you with a print. What a pathetic service

I been there with my wife this afternoon for her BT CT test at Suraksha Birati outlet , very bad experience when attend to the front desk, the lady name Mitali Sil who took the money she don’t know even how to behave with customers stand in the front desk with upset and disturbed face , no smile and no happy ness in her face or welcoming. It’s feel like by helping me out she felt the she have done enough favour to us . Front desk staff should know proper customer service .

Very unprofessional .they charge more than any pathology center, need 1day advance booking for home collection ,but at last they dont value customer recommendation and time.In the X-ray room no female attendent is there with the male technician.

It has has the path lab and Poly clinic facility. It has services like 16 slice CT scan, Digital X Ray, and Cardiology, 4D USG, Neurology, Pathology, Gastroenterology, Molecular Diagnostics and Polyclinic. Very good service.
