A horrible place. If the doctors timing is from 10-11:30am and you are waiting for 3 hours to show him your basic reports still you will end up waiting and the doctor will leave sharp at 11:30am irrespective how many patients were there remaining for his consultation. Your full day time will be wasted literally. Not just this the rest of the employees are extremely unprofessional, they ask you to call on the numbers provided for your future appointments, which they keep it in switched off mode everytime irrespective what day it is. For landline numbers if you call they dont bothered to pick your phone. They dont respect of ones time, energy and effort which the patients are putting.

I came here for hair treatment and 2 years still same,they took 5000 rs for each section of PRP session , i did 5 sets. I am 27 and still bald, feel like to take away doctors license and file FIR

Worst experience. My mother went there for treatment of atopic dermatitis. Before going there for treatment patient was non diabetic. But doctor prescribed steroid medicines several times and did not alert us about steroid induced hyperglycemia. After that patient became diabetic and faced several side effects. After so many consultation patients health condition was not improved.

Its a business they are running by creating artificial demand game** ...poor quality untrained employees at reception desk...lack of professionism ....a big NO if your wan to save money and time ....they are simply doing business with least customer experience ....they think customers are idiot and they may use us left , right ,centre ...

Worst experience. I went there for my psoriasis treatment and they were treating me with steroids medicine which is not a cure and that makes it much more worse. When I got to know I stopped it immediately. And they prescribe you very expensive medicine unnecessarily. Please do not go there if you dont want to waste your money and time. Wish I could give 0 star.

Worst experience at rita skin foundation, even their doctors are gold medalist but no use & medicines are very pricey , u have to take from their clinic only.

The doctors are undoubtedly amazing at their work and theyre also experienced but the problem is their receptionists. They dont receive calls,behave rudely,they replies curtly. We dont pay to get that behaviour. Please change your receptionists otherwise youre going to lose many patients.

I am a patient of Dr Subrata Malakar since I was 6 yrs old. He is a magician.. all the staffs of Rita Skin Foundation are exceptional. They are helpful, efficient and hard working. I am very very satisfied.. Keep up the noble work you are doing.

Very disappointed. Indifferent staff at the reception. Rs.500 for outdoor ticket. Not at all professional. Shaby interior. Think twice before you visit this place. i will give it half star. I waited for half hour and returned after getting my refund.

Overhyped!! Very poor treatment. Doctor asked to change medicines very frequently which were quite expensive. But result was negative. Later the problem was cured by some other doctor.

Best place for any skin related issues. But little bit costly treatments. Dr. Subrata Malakar is really a best doctor in kolkata and the junior doctors also good under his supervision. The Staffs need to improve themselves respect to their behaviours, knowledge base, work accuracy. All over it is a great experience there.

Treatment is good no doubt but reception service is worst. Even though you call multiple times ( 12-4pm is said to book appointment) but there will be absolute no response. If guys call they can easily get appointment but the same time if ladies call to book appointment the receptionist will say no dates available this month. Very unprofessional reception service. And medicines are not available anywhere else.

Expensive place with avarage treatment... I am not satisfied with the Doctor Malakar.. I had to rush to other place for my issue... He insisted me that my skin problem will never be cured which is later on cured by Dr Rana Roy.

Doctors here are very efficient with very systematic staff. Interiors are well aired and airconditioned. Pharmacy too is attached with the building.

Prescribing me Rs 900 sunscreen which havnt suit me they said not to use it . Doctor does not listen and prescribe the medicine for one month. It was better if i would not visit the doctor .

I am going this hospital since 8 months for my daughters one skin problem. Since 8 months it is same condition. After using medicine she feels better but repeatedly it occurs if not using medicine. So, I thought to consult senior Dr. Subrata Malakar (in private), to take his opinion. In private his fees Rs.1500/- .not giving any bill...We paid & waiting. My booking time was 12:30 pm but they called @ 1:40 pm. I was waiting infront of Dr. room, some one was inside. One more person will go after they come out, next our turn, means after 2 patient we should go as per their management. I was waiting, suddenly my daughter went for urination. I requested outside sister wait for one minute, my daughter will come but she replied, why Dr.will wait for you, you wait, he will see other/next patient, then I will call you.She called again two patients, after that our turn.After entering the room I was totally disappointed, that its not at all private. He/ Dr. Malakar is seeing other patient infront of me while I was inside. And his two juniors attending his patient. Dr. Malaker never think, why patient want to meet him in private ? He just knows his business, nothing else. Not even spend 5 minutes with me. As per his junior Drs diagnosis he told the medicine name & that junior dr.wrote in prescription.I dont have any problem who wrote the Rx, but he didnt take any family history, even didnt speak with us properly. For me its waste of time.I never recommend anyone in this hospital. Uneducated staff & management.Hopeless !!!

Visited multiple time... It was still good 3-4 yrs back... At least Dr Malakar would have given a look and time for around a minute to see the patient and diagnose the problem.. However I visited again in recent days and saw patient count per day is still too high. Hence you have to be very lucky to get a glimpse of Dr Malakar and treated from him. Upon a long wait while entering to the doctor room, you will be routed to the associated doctors. I m still not sure if they understand the depth of the problem and its root cause patiently. Top of that now days they give the medicines which are generally not available in the market and are of too expensive to use. I personally didnt got any positive results in recent days by consulting Dr Malakar.

Very bad experience.I had to wait for 3 hours to meet Dr. Malakar.He didnt spend even 30 sec to listen to my problem.I had 2 problems, the major issue has been ignored by him.The treatment is too expensive.He gave me estimate of around INR 15K just for a mole extraction.Did not give receipt for the consultation....I would not give him any rating...... just making money...

In my life, this institution is the worst. Very much costly as other private hospitals in kolkata but facility is worse than government hospital. This clinic is running only in hype. Doctors are very unprofessional and they are refuse to see any past reports. Waiting time is more than 3 hours and doctor visiting time is less than 2 minutes.

Dr. Malakar is a very calm and cool with caring and fatherly attitude.

They will only give approximately 2 min minutes per patient . Very much crowded .Either they are very good or just want to earn as much as they can .

This doctor is now very much commercials. Dose not provide good attaintion to his paitient . He also aligns his junior Dr. to handel the rush of his so customers. No certainty of his availibility. Ph is also ringing, no body pickups for asisting .

I visited there 3-4 times. Doc will give u 30-40 second if u r lucky enough. Once u are done with check up 👆 go to his medical shop directly coz his reccomended medicines you wont get anywhere else.Medicine will be too costly but u have to buy any how.Once u start to use the meds u will see effect only after 25-30 days. Once u stop taking serums and meds u will be back to previous condition.I would reccomend to go to any gastrologist if u have hair problem due to bad stomach. Dont waste money to these dermatologist... Even most overrated Dr. Batra.

Think twice before going to Rita’s or atleast go with a very low expectations in terms of quality of service. Dr. Malakar seats with his team of doctors all juniors and will see and treat patients like Refugee camp with no consideration or confidentiality. (There will be team of doctors seating in the same room and attending to patients, others standing in the queue inside the room waiting for Mr. Malakar expert 10 to 20 seconds analysis. Yes you will be attended with other patients behind listening to your problems. I do not doubt Mr. Malakar’s expertise but as a renowned Dermatologist, people visit him with lots of positive hopes and with confidential areas skin matter. The way they see ( they hardly checks or listen to the problems, just 5 sec glance) gives advices and treat you will get a feeling of having some free service with the Doctor.( on a weekend they see avg 200+ patients in 1st half) so you can imagine the service quality and time) Highly disappointed, never visited after the 1st Experience due to the pathetic experience. After 3 hours of long waiting asked to stand In Another line with a junior lady doctor who was visibly tired and was not interested in listening to the problems, wrote medicines and again redirected to show to Dr Malakar. Rightly said very SHABY place there are other good doctors in the town who atleast will give time and treat you right. Will never recommend.

Dr. Malakar is very good....but the challenge is getting his appointment..the entire experience is like buying a Xiaomi phone on a Flipkart flash sale. The reception desk is not helpful at all. The given phone numbers are constantly busy or switched off. They dont call back or reply to emails. Basically the footfall is so much that they dont care...coz they know patients will come anyways.

Dr. Subrata Malakar is one of the best dermatologist in Kolkata. Not only him, his team of specialist doctors are very good in curing skin diseases.

Called up Rita Skin Foundation today for appointment. I am presently in Bangalore and visiting Kolkata next week. Called them up for appointment with Dr Malakar. Without listninli properly the person who took the call asked me whether I know how much fees Dr Malaker take.

The main doctor doesnt even speak. He just forwards patients to junior/assistant doctors. Junior doctors dont care to explain the reason of the disease, dont answer any queries. The fee is 600/- but the treatment is not worth it. Very unsatisfactory experience.

Poor treatment....after doing Lazer treatment my problem comes again.still suffering.lots of patients.doctors doesnt listen properly.my advice plz dont go there.such a waste of money.

Doctors of RSF are very kind and whenever I took my patient in an ambulance they came out of the clinic to see the patient 10 to 15 min.

Fees Are Increasing like a piece of Gold!I am a patient of RSF since 2013 & to be honest,the quality of treatment have gone down way too far,Dr. S. Malakar is quite impossible to reach if you can not reach there by 8 a.m. & its quite difficult for the patient like me who have to take a long 3-4 hour journey!Dont forget that some patients waste entire days of work to have only 25-30 seconds glimpse of Dr. Malakar,not the Assistant doctors!!Sorry to say,but Now a days its looks like a business organization more than a reputed Dermatology Clinic!

Doctors and staff of Rita Skin Foundation are discipline and after a few months I am cured of my disease.

I had very less masrks on my face due to acne,,i went there and did etca chemical peeling because i needed faster effects,,i had a good skin but very few acne spots were there ..they suggested me three sessions of etca chemical peeling. after i apent lmost 7 thousand rs on the peeling and pre and post medicine,,nothing,just nothing happeneded.even it didnt increae the glow.I searched internet and found that the minimum concentration tca peeling is also effective.But in rita skin foundation i experienced a totally vogus and fraud treatment which just led me to empty pocket.Nothing else.Some cheats and frauds are doing business over our money.I will suggest you not to go there,atlest for chemical peelings
