I would like to make a complaint. I had had an operation of my left submandibular gland less than three months ago. I had informed the person who was taking the XRay of my teeth to be careful. But in spite of my having said she was rude and took the XRay without any care at all. Not only did she cut my gums but ever since the XRay the place of my operation has been hurting very badly.

RB Diagnostic is good but kankurgachi location staff behaviour is not good. Theyre not respond properly. And harassing with customer. Report properly not growths report & checking. Staff service very bad . In my experience. When am I say give me a echo 2d and ECG test plat , this theyre not provide us . Once again I am saying that I want the echo 2d plat ASAP(I know the plate gives up immediately, because I am existing customer of RB Diagnostic) this time saying wait Dr will recheck once again.(Dr Sanjeev Garg)So I hope you understand the situation.

RB Diagnostics have been very responsive and efficient in attending to the needs of the customers even during the dire emergency situation with constant support and good behaviour from the customer care staffs, the digital media team and the sample collection executives. Their professionalism and dedication to care for their customers in the time of need goes hand in hand. Their punctuality in the matter of report preparation is the best attribute of the Diagnostics Centre.Thank you, RB Diagnostics for being a great help in all aspect during this pandemic scenario. Im really satisfied with their service. They always attended to my queries and have never turned them down.

Stuffs behavior is not good. Blood sample collector needs to improve her skills. She is not even trained properly to collect blood sample. At the time of collecting blood they are gossiping about their personal issues. For this gossiping she was absent minded. Her name is Dalia.

The worst experience for me. They do not even know how to schedule the appointments. If they have 20 USG pts in a. Single day, they should give some time space between each pt. But no, they dont do it in this way. They will call all the 20 pts at 1 pm, which they did with me also. Being a pregnant lady, to sit and wait for 4-5 hrs, is really very hectic. There are even 9 months pregnant ladies who come and wait for such long hours. They dont even say to keep time in hand and come for the procedures. The front desk staffs behaviours are ridiculous.. Especially I would like to pin point a lady who is fat and stout. Even I belong to a medical background and work in a hospital in saltlake. We know how to convince the pts and make them calm. The behaviour and the time management is ridiculous and very annoying. I would request the management to please look after this for the betterment of their centre Cox becoz of some handful of staffs they are loosing their goodwill and to schedule their appointments in a correct way

An update is necessary. Got a call from the promoter of RB diagnostic who heard of the entire issue and assured of making good the issues l had there. Also l must mention here that there are few staff at RB diagonstic, specifically Mr Subhankar Addy, who go out of way to help the patients in any way they can. Kudos....

Staff isnt good at all. They are discretionary towards patients. People who came after are being attended earlier. Those who came earlier have to wait in long queues. Very unprofessional.Update after owners reply: We were very well present at the center and did witness what sort of queue based on billing was being followed. And its obvious that you are humanly incapable of acknowledging your own mistake. Instead of accusing customers for posting untrue reviews, try to be professionals and improve your service so that later on you dont need these sort of coverups to justify your manipulation. Also if you cant deal with constructive criticism then dont do business. The worst staff, worst management and worst diagnostic center I have ever come across.👎🏻👎🏻

Have had my share of experience and it has always went without any glitch. All the tests of my near ones are done from here and they have always been professional, on time and polite. Would highly recommend to avail the services of this diagnostic centre!

Pathetic Service. Have been asked to come at 8.40 for ultrasound and was not informed for first come basis. On reaching being told it will take 1 hour minimum and after 1 hour again being told further 1 hour will be taken. Unfortunately these set up take customers for ride. Pathetic.

Fastest reports at such cheap price. The ct scan here is one of the best in the city, they provide ct plates immediately and also give videos of the same. Such rates are not offered by anyone in the city

Although this is a good laboratory, But the woman who is alloted for taking blood is so unprofessional.. she doesnt know how to take blood. Bad experience ever... Do not go there for testing blood... and her behavior is also not good.

Went to RB Diagnostic to get few testing done for my dad..I must say this place is very well managed and it was hassle free..during this pandemic time, management here has taken utmost precaution to keep social distancing and ensure people present are masked up..

The Experience was pathetic . The collector was highly rude and showed a lot of urgency to leave . When asked for money receipt he asked me check on whats app while I was checking he had already gone outside the door. When I asked him to wait he started arguing .

Illiterate and unprofessional employees. Will not know how to read basic stuffs and will not give clear answers to anything.Unethical with keep disconnecting calls saying that they will callback. Too many goof-ups to take a risk.Edit - based on RBs reply. The concern is not high volumes, but your team picking up the call and then saying we will call you back after 10-15 mins got like 10-15 times. No single person is bothered to find a solution or do anything.

I have called RB diagnostics for blood tests to my house multiple times ! They have maintained all safety standards and I have been extremely satisfied with the results!!Once my son had a bad fall due to which I had to get an x ray done - I was delighted when I got to know that they can send a person home for xray. They came within an hour and took my sons xray with a portable x ray machine. The result of the report was also sent on my email within an hour. It was such a hassle free experience especially in this COVID time .. as I didn’t have to go to a diagnostic centre to get it done. Their doctors report also confirmed that there was no fracture. It was such a relief!I would highly recommend everyone to use their services !!

Rb diagnostic has proved that they care about their customer even during this covid situation. I went to get my covid test done and saw that they were distributing tokens to everyone and have provided a sitting area with a shade and arranged for fans in the open waiting area and even served water to everyone who were waiting. Mr Shivang was personally managing the crowd and despite being so young he was managing the whole situation pretty nicely. He personally assisted me with all my queries and was helping everone else as well.

The service by RB diagnostic Kankurgachi was very good, The staffs were Cooperative enough and the Premises was neat and clean, The best thing was the Modern facilities and i got the Reports without any delay. They are doing a great job during this pandemic situation.

Poor service, after submitting the prescription, just billing and payment took about 1 hr. We were informed doctor for echo will be available at 930. Even at 11 30 doctor is not available and echo is not done. Elderly patient waits 3 hrs at the premises unnecessarily. RISK oF getting exposed to corona!

X ray service is very fast and staff is very polite, X ray plates given immediately after tests

They do not pay GST bill for doctor visit. Doctor prescribe unnecessary tests. Because after getting reports, same medicine had been prescribed.Doctor should not take undue advantage of the patients.

I feel pity for this place that theyve doctors in their OPD who doesnt believe their reports only. Recently I went to RBD Kakurgchi for OPD visit. Im a regular to their Salt Lake centre as I stay there only. I wanted an appointment with Dr. V Prakash, Gastroentologist who sit at the Kakurgachi centre only. I booked an appointment on phone for 2nd Oct 2020. I went there with all the blood reports and USG reports which I got done just 2 days back at RBD, Salt Lake. To my utter surprise the doctor doesnt have faith in the USG report and was quite adamant that we should call his assistant to book for a Liver scan somewhere else. He was also more interested in explaining his achievements in conducting operation rather than patiently listening to our concerns. He tried to persuade me to visit other places where he sits. I left this place in utter disbelief.

Appointment system is not at all fair , not sure why patients time is not valuable at these types of centre.I have been here for atleast 6 times in last 2 months and every time my waiting period was over 2 hrs for 1st consultation. Followed by scan and final consultation so every time our visit take almost 4-5 hrs which is really painful in working days. Hoping to see some better management in future which can save us from this mental harassment.

Each and every person working here are very well behaved and helpful. Excellent service and hygienic place. Doctors are also very good.

The place is easily accessible from Kakurgachi bus stop. But best way to reach here is taking a metro to Girish park and then by auto. We had an appointment with Dr. Khamaru, a renowned radiologist. He is very much professional and well behaved person. Only drawback of the centre is you may have to wait for 2 or more hours.
