You will not get a overall satisfactory service. I did my hair transplant from this clinic in August 2020. Note the following points while visiting it. Have attached photos of medicines they prescribed.1. ASK FOR THE DOCTOR: Mr. Subhajit Ghosal who might act like a doctor but is not a doctor. He is only manages the clinic.(I got to know that from Nashik branch) Ask him about his qualification while visiting. One quick check you can do is from the prescription pads doesnt contain his name as a doctor. But have Dr. Nilesh Pund and some other doctors name.2.TECHNICIANS DO ALL THE WORK: Almost 99% of the hair transplant procedures are done by technicians (who often leave the job and the clinic recruit new inexperienced people to fill in).3. FRAUD: They might fraud you by giving less hair during the surgery because thats what happened to me. (I am posting with an alias name as I have paid them for extra prps and few are left).4. FALSE FACTS: They twist and turn the fact to get you belive that they are good people. But Mr. Subhajits way of talking will change once the payment is made. In their Youtube video they write no use of Finasteride. But they use Dutasteride which has more sexual side effects than finasteride.5. EXTRA COST: Even if you go for the transplant, dont buy medicines from the clinic. From outside you will get 10-15% discount. And they cost Rs. 400 for a dermaroller which you can buy for Rs. 180 from outside. So they are a clinic which will loot you in Kolkata branch. I even heard Mr. Subhajit say that Dont talk to the Nashik Branch, come here in Kolkata AJC bose Road branch we will decide everything for you.My hair transplant from New roots clinic cost Rs.18 per graft. In Kolkata branch they took Rs. 300 as first consultation fee. Total Rs72000 for transplant plus Rs8000 for first 3 months medicine. Then again Rs6000 for next 3 months medicine which I bought it from the clinic. So they charge a lot of money.Dont rush, wait, verify and go for some better clinics in Kolkata because even if you dont consider the money part, the part you should consider is once your donor area is harvested it will not come back. New Roots clinic do huge number of transplants across branches and almost 2 transplants per day in Kolkata branch. Few of the results that they show in Youtube are by luck good which they filter from 100s of failed results.
