Very disappointing experience even during a pandemic situation. Appointment scheduled for 5PM and yet first come first serve is supposed to be the order. It’s past 6PM and doctor hasn’t showed up yet. Place has multiple doctors and limited seating facility. There is no social distancing especially triggering for someone waiting with an elderly person and when mentioned to the facility, the response was useless and that of a disgust. Hoped for a better management at least during this time. The pictures will speak for themselves.

Stuffs are really good. They work systematically. Maintain every kind of precautions in this pandemic situation. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

From last 2 days I visit Neotia Mediplus for ultrasonography for my wife, I feel good for the service. Staff of front desk,sisters & others are very cooperative. Clinic is very clean & all the time sanitized. I am so much satisfied to do ultrasound by Dr Debjani Sinha Roy.

Very rude behavior from untrained staff. Such an unhygenic place. Full of mosquitoes in the evening. The only good point there are good doctors.

Its a good pathology centre for testing. The staffs are helpful but not very polite as often speak in loud voice and dont accept some currency notes which are new but slightly dark or side torn. So better to bring plastic money.

Most unprofessional staff, I went for PFT todaY at Mahamayatala centre. I was called at 1:00 pm for the test. I reached there at 1:00 pm.. my ticket was done at 1:33 pm... At 2:00 pm I enquired about status as I had few important MS Teams call, I was told test is going on and when my turn comes up I shall be called. When I told that only 2 persons are waiting here from 1:00 pm for PFT , they told no he is doing EEG. Ultimately at around 2:40 one Technician came from outside and enquired who all are waiting for PFT test. Then I was called for the test at around 3:00 pmAfter Entering the chamber, I could make out that he is a floating technician and Neotia Mediplus doesnt have any PFT testing facility of their own. They are basically commission agents.The technician had one laptop and asked me to use one open inhaler ( Not sealed), when I protested, he told me that he has sanitized the mouth of the Inhaler. When I told him that can u give me gurantee that the person who used the inhaler before me was not having any covid, then he told sorry sir, I dont have new / fresh mouth piece. When I shouted, they brought one new paper mouthpiece from somewhere.I would sincerely advice the management of Neotia Mediplus Mahamayatala centre to seriously look into these. There are so many options available nearby, Welkin, Hindustan, Remedy, Suraksha, Appollo. If u dont take care of your customers, they will leave u ( As I am leaving Neotia plus now). The staff are very rude and arrogant. Their only objective is to take money from you and then you go to hell attitude.

Worst experience ever. The doctor was so unprofessional, we asked him what was the medicine for and he replied that he has told once and wont repeat again. And after that he left the room. Would not recommend to anyone. Change your doctors.

Terrible, service of the staffs. Completely Mismanaged. Went for a routine prescribed test for ecg and they kept a 35 weeks pregnant woman waiting for 1.5 hrs for nothg good reason in this covid situation. Its not that there were too many ecg patients, its that they were not bother to attend them. Didnt give any token, when ever asked they said, just after this they shall attend us, and this went for 1.5 hours. Being Fedup, exhausted and seeing no social distancing followed by the staffs, and with such irresponsible, unprofessional and unethical attitude of them, we had to leave without the test done. Uselessly we had to sit in such conditions for so long being 9 months pregnant. I would request the management to take stringent action on all the staffs present on 17th May 2021 at around 12 pm including reception, manger and the ecg concernd person, So that they further do not do this with anyone else in future. 🙏

Really like to thank madam who have received my call at around 7 pm today and provided me with relevant information regarding my queries with much patience and politeness. I hope this standard shall be maintained in future as well.

Very bad experience with the front desk. They give us the appointment around 3 o’clock and now it’s 5 in the evening where they don’t know what to do. They think people who are coming here they don’t have any 2nd options but I wants to say u guys r wrong. I will never come any further because lot of other services providers are in the market with better quality.

They dont have any online support to send reports. I requested multiple times to send me the report online or through whatsapp, amidst lockdown, as I am unable to go to get the report. They were blunt on the face, that reports need to be collected in person, you are in lockdown, or ill or not, thats none of their concern. Very very disappointed. Poor facility. Ill mannered receptionist. Will not go to this place anymore.

Yesterday i went to check up my bp to Neotia...Mahamayatala....they checked my temperature thru thermal screening & given sanitizer too at the security gate...but the front desk peoplle are so ill mentality...they said me that you are covid patient or not how could i know that....so we cant measure your bp. We stopped to measure the bp....how unprofessional attitude from their sides & such a organization

Went to see Dr Aditi Chakraboty for my grandma.Wonderful Doctor. But the staff at the front desk is obnoxious, rude. They behave as if they own the place, the very opposite of being in any service industry. They ignore questions, pretend you don’t exist. Especially, the curly hair lady. Pathetic behaviour.

Staff behaviour is not professional at all. They act like they own the place. I visited the clinic on 01.12.2020 and at the first instance guard Mr. Sangram stopped rudely by saying whats the matter. Of course we are not here for roaming around with a small baby, I said. Staffs should be groomed well. However, doctors are very polite and friendly. We visited there for Mr. Sayantan Banerjee ( pediatrician). He genuinely is a very good person with very supportive nature. Apart from these things, there is no proper sitting arrangements. The attendant has to wait outside the clinic until they call for money. Very poor infrastructure.

Today I had carried my Mums urine sample for test. I reached at 10.35 am and was made to wait until 11.15 just for me to pay. There were 2 staff who were busy and were struggling. I observed that the overall process is very manual which should be looked at and made much smarter and productive. For example one had to call an office boy to take photocopies. Why cant the staff take a scan and save paper! Also i had to physically carry the receipt to the test area for generating a label for the sample bottle. Why cant these be inter linked! I suggest to bring in efficiencies and work smarter which will not only help the patients but also deal with more patients within the given no of hours in a day.

Honestly I must say that they are too much professional. The behavior of the reception people was nice and helpful. I also happy with the services of Diagnostic.

Very bad experience not with the administration but with the consulting faculty. A doctor might not know what a person is suffering from and may accept it as well, there is no shame in not knowing something but belittling my pain was not acceptable. I would highly suggest to appoint better doctors in the derma section.

Worst place. Please remove the senior nurse standing there for the benefit of patients. She is very non co operative. The clinic and doctors are good. Kindly take action against the nurse and give proper training to them to behave properly with the patients.Plz take this feedback for improvement. Your clinics run because of patients and they should be given equal attention and not discrimination. plz give proper training to staffs so that they give the schedule according to visit and not according to their will.

Long waiting for every time. Crowded and suffocating inside in this COVID situation. Stuffs of the front desk are inefficient.

I have take an appointment of Dr. Debasish Chakraborty today at 1.30 p.m at your Mahamayatala branch. The official noted the name of patient in his register and advise me to report at 5.15 p.m.When we report at 5.15 p.m, the official inform me that the Dr Chakraborty will not available today.On further query at the counter, the official said that as I am late (5.25 p.m) , I cant claim the appointment.Thereafter, I directly contact with Dr. Debasish Chakraborty and he inform me that at 4.00 p.m the official from Neotia confirm him that no appointment have been booked.This proves that there is a clear lack of responsibility and the officials knows how to shift the blame to patient shoulder.

Good diagnostic centre. Their diagnosis reports are trustworthy and time taken by them to deliver the same is also less. But prices are a bit high. Nevertheless service is praiseworthy and behaviour is quite gentle. It has got doctors like dermatologist, orthopaedic etc. whom one can consult. But prior appointment is desired.

Neotia Mediplus service was good at the beginning now the Blood Collection section harassed us too much when they are asked for home collection. They repeatedly changed the date & time and not giving proper date and time later on. I will asked the authority to look after it. If they want I can provide the audio files also. Thanks.

Require better hospitality with better staffs. Usually patients have to wait long beyond scheduled timing. Front office staffs are always speaking loudly among them. Less seating arrangement.

This is very effective clinic where I can get doctors for almost all common diseases and problems. Neotia Mediplus is opened from 7:30 morning to 8:30 evening everyday. General physician, specialist, gynecologist, pediatrician and all common pathological tests, USG, X-ray done here under one roof. Charges are comparable with others in this category. They also have Getwell Pharmacy attached with the clinic.

Such a ruthless behavior from the Neotia Mediplus Frontdesk Stuffs. One patient of Dr. Mou Chatterjee asking for Lower Ab-domain USG Booking, Some one from them told her that Voter ID/Aadhar Card is mandatory for USG. The patient repeatedly told her that she is a patient of Dr. Mou Chatterjee but the stuff scolded her again and again.

Not much happy. Few days back went by an appointment for dental problems. Doctors time was 4pm to 7pm. Doctor himself reached near about 6pm. Almost 2hrs waiting for the doctors appointment.

Im not happy with their performance.. they told me to coming at 9am for USG but im waiting still an hour and now they told me that doctor is not coming.. so why they told me wait?????

I am Mumtaz Bibi. Dr. Old patient of Swagoto Choudhury. Despite requesting the counter to register last Friday to make an appointment to show him today, he did not take the name but instead said that the name was written a day earlier. Accordingly, I called at 10:16 on Sunday (there is a record) and asked for my name and was given time at 4:00 in the afternoon.Thats how I reached. Asked how many numbers my name is on, he said that no name is written. Now you have to write a new name. I was surprised. Then on Sl No 13 I called a 76 year old woman like me and sat her down for 3 hours and at 7:30 PM I got a call. Surprisingly, more than 13 doctors showed up and left. What is the reason for this?Why am I suffering in this way? I am drawing the attention of the authorities to investigate the matter on the spot and to keep the reputation of the organization intact.
