Went for covid vaccination.. both covishield and covaxin are available here.. the staffs are very polite and helpful.. they guided through all the steps and the whole procedure was completed within half-an-hour. Since there was no rush, the gathering of people were quite low. Also, the staffs were keeping the place clean and maintaining covid regulations properly.A big thumbs up to the N G Mediacare team.P.S. - I went for my 2nd dose of vaccination. The first one was taken from another place. They even called me to remind me about my vaccination in the morning. (Havent seen other reputed private hospitals doing that).

I do all my familys regular check ups & periodic tests from NG Medicare from last 15 years. All the tests are performed using latest equipments. The rates are quite reasonable. The staffs are very friendly & they maintain all hygiene factors. They took lot of care of my wife when we made our visit there for doctor check ups & regular tests during her pregnancy. My family is very satisfied with service we have received from them & we will continue to go there whenever we require.

Most important, my uncle, aged 93 years, has been bedridden for more than a decade and residing all alone in Keyatola Road, after bitter experience at different diagnostic centres has finally settled for N G Medicare for the last ten years. Even for Covid vaccination for self or his attending maids, he found the centre very courteous and helpful. My recent experience with NG Medicare for vaccination has been very satisfying. After seeing the problems with the vaccination centres run by government hospitals, Municipality centres and even private hospitals I visited N G Medicare.I was more than satisfied with their systematic approach, minimum time requirement and a nice atmosphere free of noise and complaints. I live abroad and it was getting too stressful to arrange vaccination schedule for my parents who were in Kolkata. I shouldnt give it a single star at all,,, you just call on their number for appointments or any kind of quires,,, they wont pick up ur calls but if they do, theyll just give you another number for booking,and when ur again call that number they wont pick up as usual. The staffs are so bad at behaviour, and just dont ask about the receptionists their behaviour is like as they are doing tests free of cost. Dont visit that stupid place. Horrible experience. Not recommending. Worst telephone operators and customer service. Help desk employees are most inefficient, unprofessional and very rude. Doesnt know the basic courtesy how to talk to a patient or patients family. Most incompetent, zero knowledge employees are handling reception.

When I went to N.G. for an x-ray I found it very good.

The worst laboratory I have visited ever. These guys are working in a hospitality sector and bbehaving like a irritating and irresponsible government employees..they really dont bother about the patient.. One thing which matters to them is only money. They will not give u report on time and other things they will not deliver ur report to ur family members..these guys will tell u they will also send the report on ur mail. Which I have nt received yet ND its been more than 10 days of my report delivery date.. N if u r calling these people so let me tell u they will never ever receive ur call.. Height of irresponsibility ..

Specially the CT scan machine result is the worst. I did it twice and both the times my report came wrong. When done by other diagonastic centre report came proper. Few doctors dont accept reports of NG medicare and now i understand why.

Very very worst experience. The person came for blood collection for my father is very unhygenic. He not even sanitize his hand in this pandemic. We told repeatedly for sanitization but he dont. He also took more blood than required. And after that my fathers condition getting worse day by day and unfortunately he died after 14 days of collection of the blood. We are sure from that person my father got infected. That blood collector not only unhygenic but very very unprofessional and ill mannered. He is completely responsible for my fathers death.
