Most of the medical tests can be done here. Rate is moderate . Well maintained place. Staffs are quite helpful .

Unethical way to take charges of Rs.150 per patient who goes for USG testing. In the name of Corona the management is making fool just by sprinkling few drops of sanitizer.Such a shame to take money from patients... Please do not visit the diagnostic centre... Unhealthy atmosphere. Doctors are not pantual.

I reach there for blood test morning 9 , when I want to pay through card receiption lady told we cant accept card because still cash counter person didnt come, latter when I want to pay through cash she told she didnt have change I have to give exzat amount. What type of service it is? Horrible experience, also its not 1st time, its happened previous also.

We booked Dr. Kaushik Basu (Rheumatologist) today morning and from JMD reception they confirmed us that dr will be available around 2.p.m. my family members reached there around 1.30 and they have given us serial no. 1. around 2 o clock when we asked receptionist they told us dr is coming and on the way. then around several times they confirmed us that dr is coming. but around 1.5 hours they informed us that dr mob is switched off and his wife informed that dr is busy and not coming.My wife and mother in law went there to visit the dr. for rheumatology problem but this is total IGNORANCE of the doctor KAUSHIK BASU.Dr. Kaushik Basu is not at all a professional practitioner , he dont know how to give values of his commitment , he does not have a minimum responsibility that patients are coming to visit him from far away and the also have value of time.Total worthless doctor.

I had taken an appointment of 10:30 a day prior, mentioning specifically that I required both USG and Mammography. After reaching at 10:45 and submitting my prescription I was made to wait for 2.5 hrs. Finally when my turn came I got to know they didnt do mammography here. I complained about this at the reception and the receptionist herself didnt know that these are 2 different procedures. She was indifferent to my concern.Overall my experience was disappointing and time consuming.

The fnac test takes two days for the report they asked me 5 days and got the report in 7 days worst people and only making money..not concerned about patient...worst service and hospital suggesting are also worse as they ar maiking mony on report getting delayed...they are not concerned about patient rather they are making money of it...don go are worse and worse

Reception staffs are horribly rude. They are just in money making business. Dont go there , unless u have no other option. Shame on u JMD people .

Prompt and proper and pocket friendly rates for MRI. If one can bear the cold attitude of the receptionists, then its a place where your pocket wont be pinched. And I dont blame the people sitting at the cash counter since they have to deal with a variety of people at a time.

Please don’t go to this place. Worst experience. Long wait. Staff is completely unprofessional. They do random assignment and don’t follow any appointment time. Doctors are always late. Washrooms are unclean. No hand wash in washrooms. Also, the place is dirty and stinks.

The front desk staffs are horrible and rude. They dont even have the basic sense of how to behave with a senior.

The staff walks in after 8am . Till then more than 30 people waiting . Counter started at 8.13am. But then the staff was super fast .

Absolutely good for nothing place. I do not understand how people run a medical place with such callousness, they say call after 9 for an appointment at the polyclinic and disconnect the call without even sharing the number of the polyclinic, and i have been calling the polyclinic continuously and it is busy. There is no sincerity towards work.

Very bad experience. Inhumane response to patient party. Management committee of the center should understand that if staffs are not well-behaved and cant give proper response/support, the reputation of the institute will be at stake.

Horrible experience. No empathy towards patients. Visited 5th and 10th July 2018 in JMD DIAGNOSTICS, Phoolbagan to Dr Ambarnath Chakraborty for neuro treatment of my mother. Suggested multiple tests and advised to conduct the tests on the same premises to help the diagnostics clinic to mint money. The same tests were conducted in abroad a month back but he refused to accept. The instruments in this clinic are quite old. There is process to help elderly or senior cirizens to undergo treatment and diagnostics. We had to wait for almost 4 hours for MRI scan and it took more than 1 hour inside the machine. To book a doctors appointment is complex process. The booking staff behaved very rudely and threatened my ailing mother to be present in front of her, without which she will cancel the appointment. So my suggestion unless you dont want to suffer and spend a lot of money PLEASE AVOID VISITING JMD DIAGNOSTICS.

A old school well doctor and all service diagnostics center .In my veiw a diagnostics center must have good quality and clean toilet and jmd has that..but require some more stuff......

Not so good environment as a diagnostic center but some good doctors are available there
