He is the most unprofessional doctor weve ever encountered... He made us wait for a long time(one and a half hour to be precise). He would always say he was coming or he was on his way in 15 minutes but definitely he would never show up in that time and made us wait as if we do have endless time in our hands.. This happened twice. If we complain the receptionist and the doctor himself would say those who are in hurry can go away.. He is an unethical and unprofessional doctor. We decided not to visit him again.Edit: (after the doctors reply) In stead of saying Im on my way you can tell the truth that you are having an emergency.. Secondly you cancelled our appointment on the basis of emergency of yours before, and thats ok. We are sensible enough to understand that. But I guess you usually tell people about emergency. So your on my way term (for one and a half hour he kept saying that) is your sheer neglegency.. And yes we will visit other doctors who are professional.

During the end of 2020 I sprained my right ankle pretty bad. Immediately I rushed to Baruipur S.D. Hospital and had it checked up in Emergency. After checking the digital x ray the doctor who was posted at the Emergency department assured me that there is no fracture. I felt relieved thinking that it will heal soon with proper rest. But unfornately even after three weeks the swelling and bruise on my entire feet didnt go away, and I was unable to bend my ankle. After extensive online searching I found Dr. Debasish Naskar and decided to reach out to him. When I called him in the evening for the address of his chamber he asked me about my problem and even checked my x ray report online, and he didnt charge a single rupee for that online consultation. He gave me an appointment on the following day, which was sunday, because I had injury and needed urgent medical observation. In his chamber he explained to me that I have a fracture. He assured me that even it had been a little late, there is nothing to worry. In 2months, with his medications and treatment Im able to run again just like I used to without any complications. On 15th June 2020 while coming back from my duty from Airport, an unfortunate bike accident occurred .Due to which I fell down from my bike & brutally injured on left shoulder. After X-Ray I was referred to Dr. Debasish Naskar.As per report there was fracture at the surgical neck of left humerus. During Plaster Dr. told me , take complete bed rest. 80% recovery chance by plaster & 20% by operation. 7 days observation will be taken.After 1 week another x-ray done. 20% operation chance reduced to 10%. Suggested medicines were so effective.Plaster was removed after 21 days from injury date.Ice application, exercise was advised by him. Exercise was very tough for me but Dr. Naskar inspired me lot.Day by day I feel rocovery of my left shoulder & left hand.2 days before I went for check-up with x-ray plate.Medicine given for last time & Dr. was happy told me you are completely fit.
