Worse experience I have ever had!! Everytime the doctor used to prescribed tests which are very costly. Even rejected the test result which have been done within 6 months and that time report was good.They repeatedly ask report on whatsapp but after sending the report not giving any reply that the report is okay or not. Moreover after taking the medicine though I had accute migraine pain and I have shared it with the doctor over whatsapp But he did not give me a single reply!!! How pathetic is it!!

I had booked an appointment through Practo at 6 pm on 29th September. I needed to see a doc over the weekend as I am extremely busy during the week. he was the only person available on Practo on Sunday. We booked at 6 pm and reached early at 5.30His receptionist told us ita first come first serve basis and it doesnt matter if wr have a booking on Practo. Since we didnt register our name by calling the clinic we need to wait for 3 hoirsm this is unprofessional and unacceptable
