I have found your attitude very positive and affirming from the start and your explanations are simple and straightforward. Dr. Nag is very competent doctor. he is open, caring and excellent communicator. I guess he can read patients mind and their fear.

I had taken my father to Apollo Kolkata in December 2018. After a consultation with a GP at Apollo, we were asked to meet a cardiologist. Since Dr. Raja Nag was the only cardiologist available in OP at that moment we decided to consult him. When we met the doctor, he asked my father if he had a breathing problem. Though my father is 85 years old, his general health condition is fairly good, so repeated questions from the doctor indicating that he has a breathing problem, irritated my father to which he retorted if you keep insisting that I have a problem should I say yes This seemed to hurt Dr. Nags ego badly. Immediately he said that my father is in denial and asked us to get Scan and told us that he needs to be admitted immediately.Surprisingly he also mentioned that my father has water on the lung.I being from Chennai where I have access to better and more ethical medical practitioners, decided to just walk out of Apollo, with my father.That evening we consulted another Cardiologist Dr. Hemendra Pandey, who assured that nothing was wrong with my fathers cardiac condition.Now after 3 months, I again consulted an eminent pulmonologist in Chennai who said that yes there are some patches in the lungs which is due to age but no fluid collection (water on lungs) whatsoever.So my final diagnosis of Dr. Nag - Consult him if you must but ALWAYS go for a second opinion.
