The interiors were polished to shine!Now comes the main customer experience bit.It was a long rainy day they spent cleaning my car. The technicians missed on waxing my car and thus i didnt get tge shine I expected. When i gave the owner, Mr Yadav, my feedback, he immediately jumped into action, checked the worksheet that his staff had filled in and saw that they had indeed not done it. He immediately apologized and sent the staff back with all the equipment in an hour and got the job done. This was the turn-around point of my opinion for O.S.A.S. The staff who came spent 3 hours on my car till it sparkled!This kind of customer experience is what creates the difference between the best and the rest!I wish they keep up the same quality of work and same standard of customer experience!

Best for bike and car wash and polishing at a very cheap price

Costly.I didnt mean that your service is good or bad but what I want to mean that is when I asked you what is the price of ceramic coating for a scooter then you said it is near about ₹6000 which is costly for a scooter in my point of view.

Great experience. Did cermaic coating for my nios here. Great work done by the team. Suman did an awesome job. All swirl marks were removed and hydrophobic nature of the ceramic coat was effectively visible. Went for post treatment wash also. Rajesh Ji himself showed me how to use only microfiber cloth to remove the free dust from car. And this became easier die to the ceramic coating. Both Rajesh ji and Suman catered for my requirements in detail. Loved their service and will visit often here for nioss spa.

First visit and the experience was fantastic. Will visit again for sure.

A wide range of 4/2 wheeler wash and polish as well as detailing is done here. The services are very Professional in quality and prices are reasonable.

Took my really dirty car for a wash and interior cleaning. I have visited many other so called car detailers in kolkata but they know nothing of detailing but to my pleasant surprise one stop auto spa knows how to proceed with their job. They take immense care in what they do. Only thing is thet have priced certain services very high. Such as interior detailing of my fortuner was asked Rs 4300, Rs 3500 would have been a justified and competitive pricing

The owner Mr Rajesh explained the various options available for detailing and the charges.I am also thankful to Mr Suman and his assistant, who did the detailing job of my motorcycle.Highly recommended to anyone and everyone who owns a two-wheeler or a car.

Small car wash shop at the garage of an apartment. Service is excellent and price is nominal. They are planning to expand their service area soon and provide more services and annual discounted packages. They also provide service at your doorstep but you have to pre-book that.
