Earlier I gave a 5 star rating based on my at the spot experience. However I am still struggling to get my final payment of 10k which was kept as a security deposit for title transfer. I went to Barasat RTO from southern part of the City and did sign the title transfer document. The RC was transferred on 28th August, 2021. They never called me once the transfer of title is done. Mostly they dont take my calls, if they do, they are doing meetings or trainings!!! The store manager at Kolkata, Mr. Kushal promised that I will receive it as soon as the title gets transferred. I keep sending him Whatsapp which he reads but hardly give any reply. I will wait for some more days before moving to consumer court.Thik twice before selling your car to OLX.

Worst experience ever.. Went to sell my car... I think what I did wrong was I told them all the fact.. I was leaving that place in four days and my loan amount...First amount they gave was exactly 5k + my loan amount. I already had a qoute from Cars24 so I told them... Olx guys said I am just faking it and no way I can get that amount, so I said... okay, I will not opt for olx.. The next day I got a quote which was about 10k+loan amount... One day after that got a call from olx same guy saying 30k + loan amount. And then in same call said the amount much higher than the Cars24... But I didnt wanted to go with olx after this much of things.. So went with Cars24.. Process was very smooth and well planned transaction.

The entire expirence is very much transparent and quick , more over i want to mention about Puja Dutta and Kushal Nandi for the wonderful customer service . I would always recommend OLX as from my experience of working with them. i found that they offered better price from any other company and was impressed overall.

Sell my i10 car in Olx auto.Overall process was smooth and not time consuming.They inspect the car very professionally and helped me to complete the process within an hour.Mr Kushal Nandi was the POC for me and he was very helpful and professional.As per the policy they hold 10000 rs for name transfer. Hope they will do the name transfer quickly and transfer the amount to me.

Started reveiving over speeding tickets with in an hour after selling my car.No parking ticket and several calls from kolkata police stating they will take action against me even after a month around 9.45 pm.When connected with olx, Puja, an arrogant, over smart, rude sales girl, I was told its beyond working hours to discuss all these and disconnected.They uses your car for personal travel and you need to manage legal calls from kolkata police.

I sold my first car 5th sept 2020 and i was told in 3 months my hold back money 10000 should come and it takes maximum 6 months to get that but till today no update. When i called Mr Kushal Nandy the so called manager of olx cash my car kasba , he always says he will get back after sometime but he never does. He just ignores. Now when i again went to sell my 2nd car , the way i was told about my car as if it doesnt exist , its a waste as a car also as if they are doing a fever to me by taking it. I dont know how come they get this kind of mindset just to take the car at the cheapest so that thet can get the maximum profit. They should learn basic ethics. Olx cash my car was good about almost 6 to 7 months back but now they are worst. They will keep you wait hours and hours and then play with your emotions for the car. Be aware of the holdback. I havent yet got any reply. I am just waiting for 5th march 21 then i will take the next course of action.

Very poor service. They have retained my money saying they will transfer after the name transfer process is complete. But its been more than 7 months now and they have not transferred the money still. I have followed with them innumerable times, only reply I get is wait till the end of this month and now they have stopped picking my calls. Not a professional behavior at all. The management should look into this. Very poor service I must say.

These guys are trying to make maximum profit by offering very low at the beginning. When we mentioned about much higher exchange value of my old car at dealership they pretended that was not true.Their behavior was very unprofessional. I am glad that I did not sell my car there. I am getting 50% more at dealership. During exit I had to pay parking fees for my car!!
