The best Maruti workshop in Kolkata. Good that not everybody knows that. Otherwise we would be waiting in que to get our car serviced. What I say at best is that you will be overwhelmed with proper and honest courtesy in all steps. So behave with them properly you will be served very soon.

The service is good but they steal money from the customers from my experience.They charged me for the screen wash and distilled water for the wiper water which they did not use. I know this because i filled the wiper water with screen wash and water just 2 days back before the service. And they still charged me with it.

I never had such a bitter experience about car servicing! They have been regularly calling me , almost every week, so that I go to them for servicing of my Maruti Wagnor car WB 06 K 9398. Finally I took a booking for today at 11-30 am, but was astonished to find that they didnt allot any mechanic/service provider till 2 pm. From the beginning I have been doing my car servicing from this centre, but I had never face such situation. This was not only my case, everyone was suffering in the same way. They have reduced their manpower by 50% or more and unable to provide proper service, but inviting people by phone! Many people was complaining about their quality of service. Finally I decided to leave without their servicing at 2-15 p.m., since till then they could not allot a mechanic. Really a horrible experience.

Big facility. Good Technicians. As usual service managers are trained to suggest lots of things which may increase your servicing cost but it is upto you to decide whether to go for that particular service. Tea and coffee vending machine is there which can be used freely while waiting.

Okay after visiting 4th time in this service centre I have an average experience. talking about negative things so 1st is they dont keep their commitment they delay work and also they do 60% of work and rest 40% they lie that the do it. Also, they take lots of time for just a normal service they keep your car aside and forget you have to poke every time to do it fast. the waiting hall doesnt have ac disgusting service over all.

Worst maruti service I have ever seen.1. AC workCompressor belt was replaced and is still making sound.2. Wiper blades replaced of smaller size, now they are not cleaning wind shield completely and poor quality.3. Door lock has been replaced and now not shutting properly, door has to be banged to be closed.4. Washing polishing was not done properly at all.Over all worst work ever done by any maruti service center.

Most Third Class Service. Customer Dealings was very bad. Staff Mr Deepak Shaw & DM Mr Abir Guptas behavior is very rude.. Further I dont refer anyone for this garrage.

Very bad service zen estilo 2612 they break gear nob and tell will do next time ,speed meter not work, horn problem, not clean properly mr vikash was in charge. i have complain next day after recived car.

Location wise it is fine. Located just on opposite road to Great Eastern, Dalhousie, but not satisfactry service,compared to the charges they take. Only cleaning part is fine. Rather the mechanics at local shops are much better in problem resolution. They dont have the concept of repair. For any fault, they insist on replacing it,as they have good margin on product sale

Manned by good people n experienced service personnel despite Road n space constraints.

A pretty good service station, make sure to make a service booking before hand for a seamless experience. A complete service without any body works, takes about 4 hrs. Service cost depends upon the job.

Some service advisors are excellent, some are not sincere. It depends upon him how much customer friendly service will you get. But technically work is good.

No special care for NEXA vehicles. Maruti should open more NEXA service stations.

I must have been here a thousand times and yet they could not get my car fixed. They dont have qualified car mechanics and every time I take my car there they cannot detect the problem which is very annoying.

Centrally located, close to office area, inside is clean, nice waiting space while car is being serviced. People working are polite, helpful and efficient.

Visited for 1st time.. the customer care person asked to visit at 8 am , but upon reaching there was total mismanagement. No one was knowing what was needed to be done. After lot of persuation found some one to attend with the help my relative. On top of that the washing team who seemed to be outsiders were demanding money and also was trying to push sell few things.

Huge workshop with friendly executives to take care of you. Waiting room for the car owners should have been a little bigger to accomodate more people in there.

Services are not done sequencely Or orderly. Supervisors are always running with paper but result is very poor. I deposited my car at 8:30am for washing but received my car at 14:30 after চেঁচামেচি

Workshop is also good ,very fast response but place is not good ,not clean to much dust everywhere ,demand high charge for car repair & any type car acceceries , if anyone visit here then plz keep safe all your acceceries like sounds system,GPS navigation system , memory card ,pendrive, exc ,

Good place to take your car for servicing. But service charge is quite expensive than other local Maruti workshop.

Located on the Abdul Hamid Street previously known as British India Street beside the Night Queen Hotel, this is one of the oldest and most advanced workshop of Maruti Suzuki four wheelers. With almost all the amenities, this workshop provides all types of service and repairing solutions of your maruti suzuki car.The main drawbacks are because of its prominent location the place is always overcrowded and overbooked, so one needs to book their servicing beforehand and should visit as early as possible, preferably 9AM in the morning, when there is not much rush.

They take a lot of time to deliver vehicle. Maybe better service they can offer.

Sent my brezza for its first service. Turns out the car was returned with scratches on the rear. Car wasnt even washed. They just sprayed the whole interiors with a certain polish and the exteriors were only dirtier. Alloys were sprayed with a certain black ink spray and it just made the wheels look so much more dirtier.
