It was a very good experience with Hitech Hero Anwar shah showroom. As it is my 1st two wheeler, i had so many queries. May be hundred times I have called them before and after visiting the showroom and they have answered all my queries with same patience and guided me to choose the right one for me. It has been a very bad experience with High Tech Motors, because I have not received my smart card yet. They gave me a slip for smart card which was before lockdown. So I went to RTO with the slip to receive my smart card but did not get it. So I went back to the showroom (High tech Motors) to check the matter once but they were not ready to take any kind of responsibilty, but in the registration paper of my vehicle it is clearly shown that they have taken charges for smart card. Is selling a vehicle is everything to them?? Wont they take any kind of responsibilty or to guide a customer when they face any problem?? What kind of customer service is this?

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.Be a jagruk grahak.They over charged me rs 3100 over RTO charges but when I get RTO bill, I understand the fraud. They told, this is brokerage charges but didnt able to give any bill or mail me any explanation. Then I complain in hero Customer care n just going to complaining in consumer court. But hero Customer care react fast n they return my rs 3100. THIS IS NOT THE STORY OF THIS SHOWROOM, THIS IS EVERYWERE , SO ALWAYS CHECK RTO charges N also loan details.

Im very very disappointed with hitech hero. Please i requested to everyone who watch this review, dont buy any bike from here. I purchased glamour 125 bike in 2018 but till now i did not get leg guard. staff says me now leg guard not available in stock. 3 time go to visit showroom for leg guard but not get. Staff say me buy it from outdoor and showroom pay for it. But till now i did not get money. Visit again and again but am very disappointed by staffs. if anyone want to know what is harassment then go for bike at hitech hero.

Just bought my passion pro this month, july of 2019. The best hero showroom in south calcutta. The stuffs are very helpful, friendly. Almost with in 25 days they made my registration.A variety of bikes are available. Do not let other comments confuse you.Advice: If your planning to visit any Hero showroom in south cal. then do visit this awarshah branch.Where ever you go, dont go to Hero sitala, located at Naktala, they got the worst of stuffa their and e worst Hero dealer in allover cal.

It has been 2 and a half months since i have bought my hero motor bike.They took more than one month to submit my registration, till now i havnt received my number plate.Litterally paying my earned money on a piece of dust which i cant even use.Suggesting hero to close the shop if they cant deliver what has been promised from their side. Their service.Dont waste your time and money.buy from somewhere else.

Worst service...worst experience. 3 month to getiing vehicle no. But saler promise me all things will be happen in 40 days. Big mistake of my life. Harassment is what thing i realised first time. Till now after 5 month i did not get my leg guard. They says next week...next week...again and again i totally harassed

Its going to be 1.5months since I got my new mastero vx from here. And its sounds like generator inside my scooty whenever the speed touches 20kmph. What kind of delivery this guys do i dont understand. Be careful before you buy a new 2 wheeler from there.

Completely unorganised. They dont keep any fuel in the bike for test rides. When you go they will hang a fuel bottle to the bike and let you ride it with a companion along. Things are scattered inside.
