I give all credit to the Doctor and his team for such a Profesional approach. The clinic is clean and hygiene. I didnt go through any pain during my treatment. It was absolutely amazing the way Doctors treated me. I just dont have enough words for Trust Dental Care & Implant Clinic. Simply amazing and that too with a very nominal charges.

Hi I been getting my and my kids treatment from Dr Karan & Dr Richie and I must tell both of them are best in their work. The whole treatment was very well planned and was completely painless. I have never met such doctors. I would highly recommend both of them.

Dr richie rajpal is one of the beat doctors in town for children. My experience woth her was wonderful. My 4year old daughter is not good with strangers but with dr richie she was very comfortable and got her pulpectomy and fillings done. My daughter was in safe hands and secure. My father Vijay Toshniwal, had visited Trust Dental Care, Hazra Clinic on 19.10.2020 in relation to his dental treatment and due to the Durga Puja holidays, he was again called for a follow up check on 29.10.2020.The bizzare story starts now!!On 30.10.2020, I was informed by my relative, that the mother of Dentist Karan Rajpal has been tested positive for COVID-19 and was under isolation from the past 7 days, i.e from 24.10.2020The most interesting part is that my relative luckily happens to stay at the same residential society as Dentist Karan Rajpal and my relative while checking the MyGate Application (Used at the society for news updates), found that the mother of Dentist Karan Rajpal has been tested positive.Luckily, I was informed by my relative so that me and my family could take appropriate measures to isolate my dad as he came in contact with a person who had a COVID patient in his home!The was no sort of communication from Trust Dental Clinic or Dentist Karan Rajpal regarding the information that his mother has been tested positive to the patients he had treated the evening before. This shows the responsibilities of Dentist Karan Rajpal towards his patients.My question is, when a Doctor knows that his mother is in isolation from the past 1 week with suspects of COVID, how could he stilloperate the clinic as usual and risk the lives of his patients and their families and in addition to that, also not informing his patients of his mother testing positive the very next day.As a result, we had to isolate my dad at a hotel at the earliest.Next, On having a word with Dentist Karan Rajpal, who had not anticipated that we would get the news regarding his mother, was very casual to the matter and accepted the fact that his mother was in isolation and stated that his MOTHER WAS ASYMPTOMATIC, to which I was shocked. If your mother was asymptomatic then did you have a dream last week to isolate her???He also said, he had no symptoms to which we requested Dentist Karan Rajpal to atleast get tested so that if the reports come negative, then all the patients he treated last evening and their families would be relieved. To which he agreed and committed us that he would get tested as soon as possible.The next day, on inquiring the doctor regarding the update he did not reply and stated that he would get himself tested tomorrow. This shows the responsibility of the dentist, we informed him that my dad is at the hotel and it would be great if he could get tested asap so that we could make our further decisions.The irony of the matter is, the patient is reminding the dentist of his responsibilities, because had the dentist been a bit sensible and responsible he would himself get tested and share the reports with his patients asap.Further, the Dentist had the capabilities of coming up with new stories every day. On day 1 he stated that apart from staying at the same house as his mother, he did not meet her for 7 days and did not come in contact.Ironically, the next day the story is changed, he mentions that he was at his uncle’s house from the last 7 days! WOW...The third day, there was no reply from Dentist Karan Rajpal until evening when he clearly stated that he was Asymptomatic (According to him) and he would not get tested. Agreed, Dentist Karan Rajpal that you could be Asymptomatic, (Just like your mother) but you could still be a carrier of COVID virus, right??And had you not have the intentions of getting tested in the first place then why did you keep us in jeopardy???Thus, I strongly condemn the services provided by Trust Dental Clinic and more importantly the responsibilities of Dentist Karan Rajpal towards his patients.
