The system is very poor.They should have created a separate kiosk for the vaccination.Ths staff members at the vaccination room were co operative.But the lady staff member at the reception desk namely Itu Mondal was very impolite.Her behaviour was as if this is a free vaccinationcamp and that she is doing a favour upon everyone.She should be a little more courteous with the customers. She should take her job more seriously.Nobody is getting a free service here. We are paying for the services being offered

There service and stuff was really good in past but now their new stuff waste a lot of time and the most disappointing thing is their behavior.

System is really Poor, No covid protocol maintained, no rules and regulatons, I have to wait for 2 hours for covid vaccine , then where is the difference between Private and government???

Very disappointed. My father is 78yrs age. I made an appointment for whole abdomen usg. They fixed time at 3:30pm and told us to keep the patient for empty stomach for atleast 6hours. We went to the clinic at 4pm and my father was starving for nearly 7hours and when we reached there they told us that dr didnt come today and they forgot to inform us. How could be so casual.

Bogus and 3rd class diagnostics center as my wife went there for rt-pcr test and then the result comes positive just after 2 days again she has done test and result was negative. She didnt have any symptoms of COVID. Be aware for such kind of fake reports.

Most pathetic experience.. one shouldnt come for vaccination..Pathetic behaviour of the receptionist as well as no communication was given..Overall its a horrible place one can visit.

All staff behaviour is too good .Specialy Miss Soma Mollick Halder Madam in blood collection department shown her Excellence & Dignity .So gentle blood draw ...She is really talented ..Thank you shurakha diagnostic centre .But Manager Barnali Madam is some rude .Best wishes for future.

Very good and family environment. Staffs are very nice. Neat and clean place. Easy to find centre.

Neat and clean but changes is higher than other Diagnostic center. Receptionists are kinda casual,once they put incorrect name in my report.

Pathetic management. Total chaos running here. The fancy appearance made our hopes high. But well, nothing positive to say about this place. Unorganized, inefficient reception staff. Staff interested in personal gossips more than their work. The reception desk is a living pandemonium. Not worth all the money they charge you. They charge you double the price compared to other clinics, and provide you double the hassle. Really, wouldnt you expect at least courteous behavior if youre paying so much? I was amazed to find the reception staff speaking to friends and family on the phone, instead of attending to patients.Yes, all private places are money-minded. But this Suraksha clinic is just too much. Pay, and then they will talk.

Worst Suraksha clinic. the staffs r very inefficient. i took my kid there for a blood test. they r not efficient enough to draw 5ml blood. the staff push the syringe 3 to 4 times and my 5 year old daughter suffered from pain. worst clinic ever.

They do only business..i m requesting everyone not to choose suraksha for your vital test..my frnd sujata was suffering from dengue,but recovered soon.. we decided to test a platelet count again just to be sure tht she is alright..but report was showing her platelet count below than normal range..but before that day we tested from smwhere else,count was 2,16,000..she had no fever after tht..even doctor said she is ok..platelet count has started rising .. and then they made the report using their strategy,so tht we keep testing from Suraksha.. they asks questions about ur previous tests and previous report..fraud..I will make this go viral
