This lab is horrible and disgusting. Worst service ever. They are irresponsible. The reception service is also horrible they are extremely slow. I had done a calcium and TSH test. In the calcium report instead of 9.3 they provided me a report of 3.3. Both my doctor and family members were extremely worried and tensed. On the next day after rechecking we got the actual report. With this reports only doctors carry on their treatment how can be they so irresponsible

Very poor patient management. A doctor is doing tests and at the same time attaining patients. I was no.8 in the que and told to report at 4pm, but to my surprise i had wait till 6pm with a 72yr old patient. No proper ventilation or air supply in the area. 1000 INR charged for a first time visit. Not even two fans were present..air conditioner is out of question.

Poor communication,Pathetic service compared to the price.Unhygienic washrooms which doesnt even have good water facility.

I got my whole-body checkup done at Remedy Dignosis, The system is seamless and the services are good. There wasnt any delay in the reports.

Fraud service.Be careful about test, check it whether they are doing it according to your prescription or not.In my case they did one extra scanning (HRCT) which was not mentioned in my prescription.In my prescription only CECT was mentioned.But they did both for extra money.When I got bill then I asked them.I had pay extra money because patient dont have any idea about test as same machine bis used for both test.so be careful

Most pathetic service. Does not provide any update on patients health status almost 24hours after admission. Everytime I call, they ask me to call 2-3 hours later and the same thing is repeated. Terrible terrible service.

I had a pleasant experience at the diagnostic. They maintained absolute hygiene as that was our major concern. And the rates were competitive enough than the other nearby diagnostic centres.

Very poor service... Sudden hike in Docrors fees with no prior notice in a short span of time.The behaviour of help desk is very rude. They dont even intend to provide full information , hang up the call abruptly to end the conversation.

All Doctors are good but system management, communication all are worst. It is last choice to visit. My experience is that I booked for appointment for today on 16/10/20 & told to come at 6.30PM & my number is 2nd. I paid fees before Dr came but it is shoked to know my number is last. I left office earlier to reach at time. Response & reply of staffs is very bad. At 8 oclock I am still waiting for my number.

Today I had called on their number to look for an orthopaedic surgeon, as my brother (8yrs old) underwent a fracture by falling.. But even after calling multiple times they didnt even bother to take my call.. I then myself rushed to the place, and they denied to give me any appointment! I wont ever recommend anyone to take their service. And to the management panel I would suggest to change your receptionists ASAP!

Should be given zero star actually for the worst quality of staff resources at the reception!! Those receptionists always treat customers very badly, often misguide them and most of the time never bother to pick up and answer the phone!! That is why they have such poor ratings and reviews!! If management actually bothers to train their receptionists properly then things will be completely changed over there!!

Pathetic administration. Not at all cooperative. Registration fees charged even after visit within 90 days.

Simply worst in behavior and maintaining minimum help for patient- like maintaining queue serials. It should be first come first meet but here it is no rule only manager decides who will go when. Try other places not this.

Post lockdown they are charging registration fees for older patients. Today my wife had an appointment with the same doctor for the 3rd time consultation on the first visit they already charged Registration fees but today also they charged Registration fees while I asked did the doctor consultation fees increased they replied including registration, every time they will charge registration for each visit. They are unethically collecting it. This is the system of our health facility shame on it...shame for Remedy Polyclinic Garia!!!

Went for Blood Test on 09.02.2020 at around 8.30a.m.Credit card was not accepted. They could not give me change for Rs.500/- note. Blood test was denied.

Thinking to lodge a case with consumer court and MCI against this diagnostic centre. In sputum culture report, they detected acenatobactor baumani, which is MDR(multi drug resistant) and extremely lethal. This bacterial infection can only be through prolonged stay in intensive care unit. According to their report, the doctor was also in dilemma to prescribe drugs because of the patients age, which is above 84. Symtomatic treatment started with 10ml dose of intravenous antibiotic twice daily for 10 days, and another two types of antibiotics orally for 15 days. Before starting the medicines, we again just for the sake of confirmation the report, went to another pathological lab (very renowned and reliable) and repeated the test. The culture report takes around 4 days to deliver. We started the antibiotics after sputum delivery and didnt wait for 4 more days, as the above mentioned infection is #highly #lethal.After 4 days, the report came negative. No as such infection was detected. As the antibiotics were already started, we didnt discontinue and completed the prescribed dosage. The patient and his relatives had to undergo tremendous pain and trauma during this course without any fault.•‍•••• I earnestly request all who read this, never do any kind of tests from this laboratory. Be careful, your near and dear ones will be at risk of wrong treatment. •••••

I had the opportunity, yes, opportunity, to get myself admitted at Remedy Hospital, Garia on 16.10.18. with severe pneumonia. I was there upto 22.10.18 (F.N.). I was treated by Dr. Jajati Sinha. I am 71 yrs. old and being a very senior Govt. official had experiences of visiting many Govt. as well as Private superspeciality hospitals. I was able to stand on my feet within 5 days. Most of the nurses who attended me are jewels and can be assets to many so called big hospitals.This hospital is no less than a second home to me such was the behaviour of the doctors and helping staff.I wish growth of this hospital for the sake of middle class people of the area.Last but not the least, I have never seen owners of any hospital visiting patients everyday, as in this hospital.Great experience indeed. Very much mismanaged organization. Staffs are very rude with patient parties. A dark lady named as Madhu always misbehaves with patient. She also says we do not want patient like you take your money and move away. She doesnt know if patients stop pouring in, she have to loose her job.
