To late timeing

HORRIBLE CONDUCT! I called on the number provided on google to book an appointment for my mother. First, its not my fault that his correct name doesn’t feature on google. If he has a problem with people calling him and addressing him as S.C. Dey, and not S.K. Dey, he better get it fixed soon. Second, patients don’t call on doctors to fool around, neither did I. If he doesn’t like to receive calls from patients, then he should remove his number from here. The moment he answered my call, he started to yell at me and spoke to me in a very disrespectful fashion for no reason. I quote him, “My name is SK Dey and not SC dey”(in a disgusting tone), “Don’t disturb me, ami patients dekhchi outdoor-a” ,and then hung up on my face. He could have been polite instead and asked me to call him later. I was taken aback and didn’t know how to react. If he thinks that he is doing a favour on his patients then he should consider quitting his profession. Doctors need patients as much as patients need doctors. Even my mother is a doctor. I look up to this profession with high regard, but a handful few such as him, malign the name of this profession. This is really sad. Such behaviour is unacceptable. I am disgusted to the core, and I urge people not to go to him for consultation. There are many good cardiologists in Kolkata. Shame on you, Dr SK Dey. You have no right to insult another fellow human being who comes to you for help. Take a break and consider joining “Behaviour Correction” Classes.##disgustedtothecore##
