Guys, don’t be fooled by all these 5 star reviews. I’m sure he is the worst dentist in Kolkata. Few years back, my mom had undergone multiple treatments by Dr. Dutta. And he simply destroyed my mom’s teeth. His wrong and irrelevant treatment resulted in the removal of 3 of my Mom’s teeth. And ultimately she had to take up false teeths. That day my Mom literally cried. I swear I will never forgive him. And if truly there’s God, this doctor will definitely get punished someday.

Initially I was very scared with any kind of dental surgeries. However after meeting with Doctor Saptarshi Dutta he assured me that I have a wrong notion with dental surgeries as the same is not that painful. Although I was not relaxed to hear that but when he started operating (RCT, Crown) then I realised that pain is very minimum for such surgeries. Also the caring nature of Doctor and the assistant made me comfortable always in the lab. Overall amazing and painless experience.

Please be careful of the reviews posted here. I have recently finished multiple sitting RCT with Dr. Dutta. Throughout the process, I have been suspicious of his diagnosis and money making tendencies. However, what is horrifying is that he has, under false pretences, taken my phone from me and posted these reviews (screenshot below) without my knowledge. Please know, that these reviews are NOT WRITTEN BY ME. Dr. Dutta, throughout the process, asked me whether I have been getting messages from Practo. When I said No, he said it was important because it stores all the test data of the patient. On the penultimate sitting, his assistant loaned my phone to fix the problem and today I see this! This is scary! I am shocked and disgusted! PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY AT ALL COST! (I have deleted the Google reviews, will do so for Practo too.)

Most unprofessional person ever.. Today his dental chair broken down and every patient was asked to leave who all have been waiting for hours as he arrived late at 7:30 though his time is 6:00..Which was still understandable but the problem happened when some patient asked if they could have a word with the doctor before leaving and HE REFUSED.. He did not come out of the chamber and neither allowed anybody to go in and talk.. I dont see where was the problem in that.. Small conversation with distress patient who had invested their time in him.. No value for others time and trouble...To top it nobody was given future appointment.. We were told they will call 🤙 which we have been told in the past also and never happened.

I was scared but they are very carefully take care of my self.
