One of the most Ill mannered and rude doctor...waste of money

One of the most irresponsible and casual Doctor. Due to his negligence my wife was in the verge of losing her life. It was exactly two years back when my wife had under gone grade 3 ACL surgery. The operation was performed by Dr Debashis Chatterjee. At the time of operation harmful bacteria got into her body and gradually infection spread. When the symptoms of infection like high fever, rigor was told the doctor he simply said everything is ok check with psychiatrist. My father is a retired army medical officer and a Lieutenant colonel in rank. Who tried to convince him and seeked his help. But he behaved very rudely. In the meanwhile my wifes condition kept on deteriorating. We rushed to Apollo Hospitals where Dr Abheek Kar Orthopaedic doctor along with Dr Syamasis Bandyopadhyay Medicine Doctor saved her life after three months of intra veinus antibiotic treatment. Per day 5 thousand rupees antibiotic pushed to her body. Even it was given through central line channel. We spent approximately 8 lakh Rs. We didnt lodge any police complaint as we were more concerned about my wifes life. In that three months she was hospitalised thrice. Now after two years of this incidence she is now a kind of handicap. We pray to God that he should get enough punishment that he realise every patient and everyelife is important - Dr Debashis Chatterjee
