Dental world & Dr Utsav Butta are extremely polite & skilled in many areas of Dentistry. I am personally attached with them for many years. However, recent interaction with them for my wife has not been entirely satisfactory. For complicated cases,they need specialist which they dont have right now. Suggest they improve in such areas as well.

Worst experience. Almost since 2 years suffering from orthodontics treatment still they couldn’t completed yet my entire treatment. I need to call for appointment they will never call and give appointment but during appointment the first thing they ask is package payment and then the treatment starts. I have gone through their worst hospitality and management.

Extremely poor time management ... They like to overbook and then make you wait for over 2 to 3 hours... And the staff will keep you hanging by telling you just a few more minutes ... Very disrespectful of other peoples time.. it is understood that one must wait in the doctors office .. but when it crosses 2 hours thats just bad manangement

I had very recently visited the clinic and found the clinic is being cleaned and disinfected after I left the Reception sofa and even Operative Room and chair. Even every one was very co-operative and taking care starting from the entry gate to Doctors.

People here are very helpful. They have the best of equipments and the staff and all the doctors are really knowledgeable and well trained.. When you are at Dental World, you know that you are in safe hands. And the most important part.. The prices are really affordable..

Staff are very polite and take advance payments and make you wait for a month. The day of the surgery there is no Doctor on call. So this is what happened with my friend Rohit who went for a Tooth surgery and was charged 65000 and waited for 1 month to get his tooth taken care. I wish they are more organised and concerned about their patients.

Instead of going at this star hotel with expensive treatments and unprofessional doctors and assistants.Save your time and money by going to a proper place for great treatment.

I had a wonderful and professional experience at Dental World at the hands of Dr. Bhutta. I cannot recommend this doctor enough.I arrived for a consultation on November 7th 2017 for a severe wisdom tooth pain (top left tooth, specifically) and within literally 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem and provided a solution - extraction. He prescribed me antibiotics as the area around my tooth had become infected and he could not perform the extraction the day of until the infection had subsided. He was EXTREMELY thorough and knowledgeable as to why the infection must subside and why the anesthesia would not be effective at that time. I felt completely at ease with the entire situation and he walked me through the process step by step.I arrived again ~5 days later after my infection had subsided. The extraction process itself was virtually painless. Dr. Bhutta began by giving the area around my tooth a numbing spray, followed by a small needle with local anesthetic. He was extremely gentle, professional, and QUICK. You normally cant have all three of those qualities without one faulting. I was amazed - the entire process took LITERALLY less than 15 minutes from the time I sat in the chair to seeing my wisdom tooth on the medical platter.He gave me a specific set of instructions to follow for the next 3-4 days which I have been observing to a tee, and I must say my recovery has gone flawlessly with no hiccups.I reside in Chicago, Illinois and I can tell you first hand, I have never experienced this caliber of service back home. 5 stars is not high enough of a rating for this establishment and this doctor, he is one of those doctors who goes above and beyond the required. I would advise anyone and everyone in a similar situation to go and consult Dr. Bhutta/Dental World (AJC Bose Road branch) because their service is impeccable.I have been in no way endorsed to write this review, I do not even live in Kolkata, but I felt compelled to write this because I was blown away by the ease and professionalism of this entire process.-Rahul
