Very worst services of Hospital, they have no professional support staff and doctors, Staff only focus on looting of money by unauthorized manner. Not reccomend to go there.

They should get negative star.Worst hospital in Kolkata. So called nurses and other staffs are absolutely rubbish. They dont listen to the patient. They provide horrible food to the patients and so their health detiorates drastically. I should say they keep the patients hungry. No one should ever admit their relatives, friends in this hospital if you want them to be alive.

Not good at all. Food service is very bad. In this COVID situation, they provide only veg food to the COVID affected patients when they need proteins for speedy recovery. Even the Bharat Sebashram Sangha broke their rule to cook non-veg for COVID patients. What stopping Anandalok to do that?Most of the covid patients admitted in last two months, died.

It is a very good hospital and the most positive side of this hospital is here you will get good treatment in cheap cost. The hospital is very clean and also there is a internel canteen where you will get quality foods.

A very reliable hospital . The staff is warm and hospitable. It is supported by charity and they effectively use the opportunity to relieve the burden of the heavy cost to access appropriate services . One should not forget to mention the convenience of their proper location. There is ample space for seating because of the arrangement. The only drawback of the wonderful setup is that they lack the provision of required space for the patients as well as important units such as O.T. and outdoor checkups. The booking procedure for outdoors is also complicated. Otherwise the hospital is rather satisfactory .

Experience is not good with this hospital. Very poor service along with lazy staffs. There is no Emergency service available in this hospital. Also there is no attending doctor available for the admitted patients. Very much lack of cleanliness. Overall service is very disappointing.
