Utterly Disappointed!I got my order delivered by Zomato.But what a miserable experience this was.My order:Paneer Kathi RollAloo ParanthaBut I was not at all happy with what I was served.The paneer was stale probably because I got a certain stench from it. It probably it was the onions which has got stale.The parantha was Okayish, but too much of unnecessary oil was added.They need to revamp their Dishes as soon as possible.

Me and family planned for a food order on Nabami of Durga Puja. Sadly other options were not in scope. Found out #kathiOnTheGo as a pretty cheap option open that time. Unanimously we went for it 😇😇 Since the restaurant was close to home, the delivery was swift, as well as the food was warm, no issues on that. But my complaint starts just after.Firstly, since it is a Delivery Only restaurant, I expected the packaging to be much much better.Secondly, hygiene wise, honestly this restaurant is not to be kept in the mix. The chicken curry we ordered was pretty oily to start off.Thirdly, cooking needs better treatment. The two types of Biryani we ordered were a bit undercooked, especially the chicken kabab biryani.The only positive thing I can tell about is the portion of the dishes cost-wise 👌🏻👌👌Rest there are room for improvement, and I believe they will win our hearts one day 😋😋😋😋😋

I ordered it through Swiggy .Except packaging everything is good . Quantity is enough , & taste is also good .Today I have ordered Egg Chicken Kathi roll, & Lehsuni Chicken kebab Roti Roll. Again I am telling u in 2021 , please improve the packageing and try to serve hot food.

Me and my friend ordered it through swiggy.Except packaging everything is good..Quantity is enough and taste is also good.The meal contains 3pcs kebab, one egg, 100gm raita and a lot of rice....Afterall me and my friend ordered it and we were both satisfied..Let me tell one thing the kebab was very tasty and the rice was equally tasty too..

Ordered Chicken Tikka Biryani through Swiggy. The quantity was somewhat okay.But this review is mainly for the quality. They used stale oil for the biryani, one which left an extremely bad after-taste in the mouth. And the quantity of oil was also inexplicably high. There were literally oil drops dripping down every grain of rice. Two stars given only because:1. They were in-service during lockdown, and2. They provided a little amount of raita along with biryani.

Kathi On The Go is a newly opened outlet located at Satgachi, Nagerbazar. Today when going through the online ordering section of Swiggy and found it and thought of giving a try.I ordered a Special Chicken Biryani which contains Chicken [2 pcs] + Egg[1pc] + Aloo [1pc] + Biryani Rice, and served in a 1.5L Container. And two Double Egg Roll. The biryani was really very nice, tasty and yummy. The quality is suffucient for two people. And the Double Egg Rolls are also very good and tasty. I liked it very much.Packaging was excellent. Overall my experience was very good. I will highly recommend this outlet to all.

The restaurant is totally harmful for people because they send there customer rotten food .They dont maintained food quality. Third class resturant.Its as criminal activity. Immediately cancelled there FSSAI LICENCE. .

Their butter chicken masala is very good i ordered it from swiggy and loved it.
