One of the best union of the world in respect of maritime industry. This is highly favourable for the union members. It provides lot of convenience to the seafarers.Very neat and clean place. Well arranged and highly maintained by the staffs. Security arrangements are of superb quality and highly secured. Therefore I am of the opinion that this is one of the best place to visit.

Situated in the building adjacent to Coal India House, the MUI office accepts subscriptions of seafarers. They have both card and cash reception facilities and the people here are very coordial and well mannered. They will provide you with a slip immediately and also your MUI card foe that particular period. However please note that in case there are any changes to the fees structure which you have paid already, on visiting next time or while making a payment later you will have to clear the dues generated for the said period.

Very good staff. Location marked on google map is not exact. Its about 300mtr away from marked point.

A small office with out of date equipments & is unable to provide most services as the Mumbai HO. Being the only Maritime Union Office in Eastern India, one expects a bit more. However, early or late, gets your job done.Moreover, its advisable to use taxis or public conveyances when visiting the place as U can be pretty sure, u wont find a place to park.
