Am Krishnendu Kargupta , My two wheeler loan account number is 3444820.I paid with all my installment and overdue charges and all extra charges , when I talked to your client   L&T Financial Services, Salt lake Technopolis Branch Kolkata-700091.She gave me a statement and enclosed letter by email. The statement & enclosed letter shows that I have paid more.When I asked madam,  She told me I dont understand either sir.My request to all of you , to send me my NOC CERTIFICATE , as soon as possible.Otherwise I will be forced to complain to the CONSUMER fORUM.

I dont want to give them a single star as because they behave very bad with their customer they cant even talk properly actually i took a two wheeler loan on Feb of 2021 emi starts from 3rd april 2021 first 2emis has been deduct from my account but i failed to pay the emi of June 2021 as i am facing financial issue due to covid lockdown my furniture business is totally closed i got the call from L&T after the due dates and i assure them that i am going to pay your emi by this months end as i am getting time from others a flat of my father is about sell but their is other bank involved they were delaying it and today i got a call from the executive then he transfer the call to a female manager i dont remeber her name but she start talking like i am defaulter she is saying i will not going to pay my emi this week also and make my phone off then she will going send someone to my house then i have to pay like a threat but i never say that i will not pay emi or else i will pay but this behaviour is not good and i am not going to take any loan or products with L&T group never again i know this review or my issue not going to effect anything but this type of behaviour during this covid economic crisis situation is not good

I would request everyone not to take any kind of service from them. They harass clients like anything. Once if you are get trapped in their net then they will make your life hell. They have a policy of never ending Loan Structure. How much ever payment or money you give the loan becomes never-ending. Their interest rate is the highest. When the interest rate goes down they will not let u know but if it goes down then they will immediately increase ur EMI or Tenure without prior intimation. Taking service from them is like committing Suicide. Please beware everyone.

So worse company ever. There executive r too nonsense. They continuesly use to misbehave with their costumes. Guys m requesting u to do not take any service from there....

Bad experience, NOC taken from office. Not sent by post. Refuse to return back the blank cheque which was taken, saying that has destroyed. This is not process at all. I hope customer should keep this in mind. I am not satisfied with their word.
