I dont know how CESC is calculating every months bill? For past 3 months we are getting same huge amount bill of Rs. 10000/- approx. Lodged online complaint of huge amount of bill generation respectively for 3 months. But no reply from CESC. How to get out of this bill issue. As commoners we not able to effort such high price for electricity. Hoping to get reply from CESC.

Random billing since lockdown, no proper explanation on that, even after heavy payment service is that power cut since 9 p. M its 12:36 midnight now, and customer care repeatedly saying it will take 2 hours, I have never seen such long 2 hours in my life.
