The shop is in a very bad shape.Tooo rude staff,excepting Mr.Jayanto & Mr .Pal....these 2 gentlemen r the showstopper of this shop ..this 3 stars goes to this 2 gentlemen.

A useful shop for decades for wool and art and craft materials. Now they have a good cosmetics dept. also.

Very rude behaviour, they are non professional person. They are did not know any percentage of discount various products. They are instant stole customer money. Last day I go to this shop they offering a product 10% discount, but after bill I saw this product billing discount only 5%. When I protest this matter they are use slang language. Very very worst people. I reaqure please no body brought any product to this shop. But 1st floor woolen department good.

I bought a lotus liquid Sindoor maroon colour on 27.1.2018 but later I realised I had to get the red one. It was absolutely new and sealed. I wanted to change the colour of the Sindoor and so I requested them to exchange the product and give me the red colour product. The product was brand new and I just wanted a different colour of the same product. They refused and misbehaved. They also lack stock. The sales people are not at all helpful. The cosmetic section is not at all satisfactory
