Absolutely pathetic service. Do not ever use Shree Maruti courier for any of your delivery requirements. The service, the staff, the commitment everything is just pathetic. I used their services for an urgent order of mine and they said they will deliver by Saturday or Monday. They didnt deliver. I waited till Tuesday and then contacted them regarding it. They gave me the number of their executive for their cochin branch. That person said that he will deliver it by the next day. Still didnt deliver. Then when I contacted them, they said the address is wrong, the phone number is wrong, everything is wrong and they are returning the parcel. They never called me, the sender, didnt give any updates, nothing. Were totally ignorant. The executive was talking in such a rude manner, then he said do not call me again and he cut the call abruptly. I had to ask the customer to check in their office. She called the office and they said that the parcel is in Bangalore not cochin and is bound for return. She went to the office, 350m away from her house and found the parcel there. I dont know how they are still in business, such rude staff, cant even deliver a parcel and such high rates.The most horrific experience ever.DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

Very Pathetic Services. They have kept my order with them for the last 5 days and not delivering it and now they are saying its a no service area. They delivered the package from the same shipper last year to this very same address... NEVER EVER TRUST THEM TO DO ANY IMPORTANT OR URGENT PACKAGES.They initially say service is available in the pin code given and at the time of deliver they refuse. When I questioned how they delivered last year they said our services are stopped from this year... Very unprofessional people. Dont know to answer the calls nor have manners. Send your packages at your own risk
