These courier seem to be corrupted people. For international parcel or package they are probably looking for some additional money.....which is kind of hofta or bribe in our beloved West Bengal. They say that custom clearance is the reason for delivery delay, but they themselves are delaying delivery because they want some!

Bad service, After the shipment reached from Mumbai to kolkata, the shipment was 13 days late to nearest place Burdwan.. While the distance between Burdwan and kolkata is hardly 3 to 4 hours ....but...they took 13 days....I call their customers services numbers frequently....😑why one customer should have to call you?? ..Team FedEx???😑You must need to upgrade your customer service quality 😑Yes, I will not lie that,after calling, the shipment arrived to me after 1 day,..the behaviour of delivery uncle is good..But..It doesnt matter 😑You have to improve your customer service quality...@Team FedEx.

They delayed package without any reason.... package has arrived in my city 3 days ago.....but Scheduled delivery date passed now ( today ) ....now they are showing in tracking details No scheduled delivery date available at this time. And Delay beyond our control..... Kolkata FedEx provides pathetic service..... dont know when I will get my package.....

An excellent experience with Fedex. We sent 4 packages to different places in USA and all got delivered on time. The behavior of Mr. Zakaria was also very good and he was exceptionally helpful to us!

Consignment sent from Surat to Kolkata on 15th but not reached till 20th, track says delivery by 25th, 10 days then why courier, could have sent through conventional sparrows

My product is with them since 2-3 days they are not even concerned about the delivery.When I tried contacting they are disconnecting. Worst and always show this kind of behaviour.
