Worst service, no ethics, useless call person, totally nonsense behaviour, no one should ever use this, highly expensive, ₹200 for 500gm. The company should get shutdown!!

Horrible experience. My sister sent me a parcel on 27.1.2019. Today is 7th February and till date the parcel hasnt arrived. When I called the person named Laxmana (as mentioned by Truecaller) said he is tracking my parcel. Even after four hours he didnt get bwba to me. He is not picking up my phone calls. I have decided to sue them if it doesnt reaches me next two days. Its my request to all Not to use this service and try to close their Shop

Fraud 420 courier people. They will charge for FedEx and will send your parcel by a local Maruti couriers and with long delay delivery. Please avoid.

Very very bad servicesI send something kolkata to saudi..18 days 20 days taken ..Always they told me 3 working day will b take to deliver but not....I hate ...

The worst courier service in kolkata....only false promises and nothing else....booked a courier on 21st...and they told me it would reach on 22nd but they dispatched it on 26th...and everyday told me that today the delivery will be done....whereas the package was not yet dispatched...big cheaters.

They r the WORST courier service provider I hv ever faced in my life. I had given them parcel to deliver to Murshidabad on 11/07/2016 & today is 16/07/2016. They hadnt deliver the parcel yet. Parcel contains a saree of Rs 2300/-. My money goes in vain. MOREOVER THEY R SUCH FRAUD THAT THEY R NOT PICKING UP MY PH. So I m requesting all da people Never Ever Use their Service. They r the perfect example of CHEATER.

The worst experience ever...they are just pathetic people....they will promise you a one day delivery, and then they will keep ignoring your calls or just give stupid excuses for 7-8 days....if they cant do it within the told time why do they give u false hopes...there are people who have urgent needs who dont have time for ur stupid excuses...i personally request you not to use their service

As everyone said, they are cheaters. We called them 100 times and everytime they said it will come today. It had not reached yet. Hope I get my parcel at least. Will never use their service again.

Worst experience...please never use their service...they are pathetic people who just make a fool out of their customers...they promise u a one day delivery and then u just have to keep on calling them and requesting them to deliver your stuff as if they are doing it for free.
