People behaviour isnt good. Theyre busy with there own business

Fraud company ....they took responsibility, took insurance money and then lost my parents passports on 5th DEC 2018 ... passports were sent to apply for VISA to KOLKATA DTDC, i was not even notified of this mishap, when the delivery was not done for many days and my VISA guy went himself to inquire about it, at that time they said courier is untraceable. till date there is no apology, no call or email or declaration that it is lost ...customer service center misbehaved instead .... please dont use this service ...my case consignment number V50332773....KOLKATA DTDC IS FRAUD, running a scam company.Now after few days, you have confirmed just via a message in FB that you lost it and will return only the money equal to the price of contents in the lost package but who will pay money for cancellation of the plane tickets worth rupees 50,000 and for the reissue of the passports which costs more than the lost passports.
