I sent my luggage by dtdc naktala instead of india post by spending 3 times money as of india post.when i asked them whether this will reach at my delivery location they said it definetely will. I again confirmed. But then at the time of delivery dtdc asked me to pickup my luggage from 25 km distance. I complained here but no result. Guy of this office blocked my number and on whatsapp said i have written an email to company but after this gave no response. Very poor service.never opt this.

I was 1st person giving 4stars for dtdc naktala but recently I got worst experience with it as because a lady is leading the office nowadays,worst behaviour,least cooperative,ask for high rates illogically for every consignment behaviour also irritating.i am user of this dtdc branch naktala for long number of years and never got this type of experience bebore,the lady takeover the charge of that office,irritating behaviour,dont understand what she is talking and what wanted to do.She took urgent delivery charge for a package one day delivery option but when it didnt reach within schedule date she became stranger and denied to cooperate in anyway.

DTDC Naktala branch office situated at Naktala, near Naktala post office & uphaar hp lpg gas dealer. Staffs of dtdc branch are very profesional and coutesious. This courier centre covers Bansdroni, Naktala, Ranikuthi area. They also used to pick up the consignment from home once you call them.
