Hello friends. I made the telephone call to the DTDC ( Moulai Branch) to know the status of my courier. But I didnt get the response from them or office...!

My parcel was shipped from Bangalore on 4 Oct 2018 and came to Moulali within 2days.After 9 Oct there is no update on tracking.Its 13 Oct & still not delivered.Worst courier service experienced ever.Better to send by post or not send but dont send it by DTDC.

Do not opt for this courier service, if you have got some important documents to be delivered at your door step,kindly dont go for dtdc, they dont pick up ur call, they never deliver the consignment on time, there is no system of getting the number of the delivery person you will be sitting wondering at your place that the courier is gonna delivered anytime and you cant afford to miss the chance, they directly update the status to undelivered doors locked and stuffs,even if you are at your place 25 hrs.

They dont pickup your phone .. and they pick up it they talk in very rudely way

Disgusted services by Moulali, Kolkata DTDC Branch. DTDC must banned them. They never picked up the phone nor deliver the documents.

CAUTION:DO NOT USE DTDC MOULALI CENTREI am so annoyed with their service that i can bearly write but i am only doing so that other people would not have to face what i faced. Nonetheless, you can even read the other reviews as well.I bought a pen drive via flipkart which was shipped on 22nd Oct from chennai and later i got to know that its being delivered by dotzot.shipsy.inOn 26/10/2018 i got sms that the order is out for delivery but then soon i got a sms that it could not be delivered and was marked COULD NOT ATTEMPT. Since i was busy that day i did not bother.On 27/10/2018 i again got a similar sms and later i get sms with message RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE and a second message saying COULD NOT ATTEMPT. I promptly called the number (sukumar) who said that he is DTDC official (i thought it would have been DotZot but it seems they handed it to DTDC) and he could not help me with any information because he does not deliver goods to my address. I said atleast i wanted to know who was trying to deliver he said he couldnt help. He said that i can go visit THE MOULALI DTDC centre after 8PM and show my document proof and Order ID to collect the shipment today.After my parcel COULD NOT BE ATTEMPTED FOR TWO DAYS i thought i should go ahead and personally collect it since it was saturday and the next day is sunday. I also wanted to know the reason behind such UNREASONABLE DELAY. I visited this DTDC MOULALI centre at around 9PM to find MR PARTHO barring me to enter the centre saying he could not help us since the centres delivery timing is uptil 4PM. Now i tried to explain my issue but MR PARTHO AGGRESSIVELY STOPPED ME from explaining my issue saying AAMI KICHU KORTE PARBO NA (I will not be able to help you). I repeatedly said it was his delivery agent to told me to come over and pickup, instead he told me to call him up ask him WHY HE SAID IT. I told him to speak to him he said something like AAMAR KOTHA BOLEY KONO LAABH NAI (Theres no benefit in me speaking). I told him you are not even listening my problem he AGGRESIVELY SHOUTED AT ME and RAISED HIS VOICE OVER MY VOICE showing that he doesnt want any speech or explaination from me. He will not deliver my shipment to me today since its over time and i should come tomorrow (sunday really?).This is highly UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE and customer service and i feel that he might have some family problems or he has not been paid properly to speak to the customers. He even said this is outgoing time (means give money and book shipment) but no incoming (no delivery now). Its something like daytime robbery. My urgent percel has been stored in moulali DTDC office since 13th of October.Today is 25th and that item is not delivered yet. No one hasbeen picked up the phone.

My parcel had been shipped from Kannur (kerala) on 22/08/2018 at 7:30 pm & it reached Moulali DTDC on 24/08/2018 at 4:30 pm ie, within 2 days when Kerala facing high emergency situation due to flood. It is 28/08/2018, I still waiting for my parcel. no one contact still now. Moreover all the phone numbers of customer service of DTDC at Kolkata, Patna etc are not exist. Moulili DTDC not receiving calls. Wow! What a service. shipment ID (R30803668).

Worst service. When Im calling to their number theyre saying that its wrong number. They also update wrong data like customer was not available. Such a pathetic courier service.

They dont understand the complexity of the situation as if how important it can be for anyone to recieve the parcel in fixed time...They guarantee for delivery in 2 business day but it solely depends on how they wanna do it...I sent a parcel from bangalore under dtdc plus scheme which should have reached in 1 day bt it took a week to reach...The same happens every time...better use government registered posts at least they r much more reliable...

Very very very bad service. They dont deliver. You have to go to the place and take your thing for yourself with Id proof. Even they dont behave nicely after harassing you. No star should be given to them.

Worst experience. never issue a second part of a waybill. there is no option for a zero star or else they deserve that. call there land line no and nobody will pick it up. its a shame, that there is no higher authority to check that.
