Delivery Loc at Garia is very slow. Most of the time, the parcel waits for 2-3 days before the delivery man finally takes his time out to get them delivered. Had called up Blue Dart to expedite the delivery process but they always comment about shortage of staff. And being a customer, why should I be bothered about their team management issues??

I am getting parcel from all other courier company but Bludart (in Garia) always says location unlocatable .............I think they dont find out the location just say it....very bad service...very bad

I have experienced same problem few times. Without attempting delivery they say Consignee not available, while my family was there at home 24x7. This way they show that they are doing their work and no delay has happened from their side. This is a repeated incidence.
