Worst service provider in this country. When I called the number the person replied me very rudely. He was not ready to listen from me and rudely said he cant do anything and I have to wait(I have already waited for 10 days). My shipment reached Dankuni on 12th October and transferred to kolkata on 16th October(Dont know how come it even can take 4 days) and I have not received it yet till today(20th October). There is no specific customer care number. I would like to get attention of the higher management that the staff should behave politely with the customer instead of being ruthless.

They have such a poor quality of services and more over they have too much unprofessional employee. They dont have any contact no to make a call for product delivery enquiry. My product is in there hub but they are not delivering any product. and they are least bothered to give you information. I dont recommend this company at all. They just know only one thing that is Please drop a mail to our customer services .

I cant even emphasize enough how bad their service is. Use xpressbees, Bluedart or Fedex for best service. Literally use anything. Just stay away from this trash.

Or mall avi open bhi nai kiya hu kya conditions hai mall ka andar may pata nai hai. God knows. So Guys and all of you plz 🙏 do not choose this company in future.
