Bluedart (specially this warehouse) is notorious for holding package & not deliver siting out of the world excuses. Multiple times i had to go there myself to collect urgent packages. If u r in a hurry to send/receive something, use anything but Bluecrap.

Blue DART is a highly efficient courier service. Though their charges are on the higher side the service provided makes it worth the price paid. The parcels are handled with utmost care and delivery is prompt. A parcel booked at 4 PM was delivered to Bangalore next day.The staff at the receiving centre was courteous and prompt.

The worst courier service I have come across. I had booked a package to be delivered. Since there was no one at the delivery address, I asked the parcel to be returned. Now it is 10 days and counting since I made the request. After numerous phone calls, emails and visits to their various offices (since each is saying that we have transferred it to another office - New Alipore to Jadavpur to Mahanirban Rs to Dhakuria(, it is still to reach me. This is simply terrible, and from a company like Blue Dart. Jetex may be just an agency but the onus is on BD to see to it that JetEx does its agency works properly. Obviously there are no quality checks. And its not just me whos saying this. The Google reviews (which appear as soon as you type Jetex Parcel Systems New Alipore in the search box) by JetExs customers corroborate my experience - full of one and two stars and stories of shoddy services.

My bank sent me document via bluedart, it was supposed to be delivered on 25th Oct but its 29th and not yet received when i tracked the product online, it showed status Incomplete/Incorrect Address.I have received documents from bank many times and that did not create any issue but this time it was the experience of hell.Finally i called on the bluedart delivery office they did not lift it.Then i went to there office, people where very rude, as if i had asked for there kidney.They asked for the delivery address i gave him the Government ID proof, still he blamed me that the address is wrong.I mentally gave up the effort and told him to do what ever needs to be done and left the location.

EJR service - providing Blue Dart services at Kolkata. Their services are one of the worst and most of the time they will give multiple excuses i.e. Consignee not reachable or Address not locatable and many such idiotic excuses. I am availing blue dart services at multiple cities in India and have never encountered such un-professional attitude. Phone calls never gets answered.
