Very poor dealing with customers. They are a big hub and are very busy. Hardly any time to attend to customers or answer the query. A curt reply, that there is no guarantee of exact date of delivery, and when asked how can I be assured of a guaranteed of delivery date, they asked me to call up the customer care.

Only for parcel, do not expect an office. Its like a godown. But quick service.

Very very bad behaviour of the staffs. My urgent document not delivered delivery person did not call me and updated that reciver not available. And when I went their office to collect my document they say that they did not gave me my document . I show my id prove still they did not gave me. Very worst service and bad behaviour

Delivery service is very poor. Before delivering the package delivery person never contact with the person whom they are supposed to deliver the package.Delivery schedule is very poor.They think that, we dont have any other work to do. Whenever they will come we have to be there in place to receive the package.

A peculiar company. If they cant find the location then they never call on the given mobile no.... Moreover it always happens that only this company is unable to find the location.... Horrible experienve

Got a call that came to deliver a parcel at quarter past twelve. No one was at home. Person on the phone could not be heard. Insisting, he said he was from triangular park blue dart courier. And asked me to collect the parcel from their office. Tried to contact but no one answered the call. Help

Blue dart in Kolkata is always a pain to deal with. Late deliveries, several calls, poor customer service, no follow ups.We run a book distribution service, and for domestic services, even the Indian post is better than blue dart.

Very frustrating experience. They never attempt for delivery at my address but tracking update provide Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed. When contact the customer care and the delivery man is requested to call, he also does not call. and provide wrong update in trackdart in his system, I am receiving all other parcel from other courier except from Blue dart -specially from Bhowanipur (Triangular Park) .Very very poor & unprofessional courier service. Never recommended for use.

Most horrible service at kolkata. They have not delivered the consignment in spite of charging express charges. Customer service guy takes nonsense and very rough. Say they will not deliver the goods what I can do. Pathetic courier service. Never send any urgent courier through Blur Dart. Blue dart is the Indias worst courier service. The worsf service and very frustrating experience by Bluedart, specially from this Bhowanipur one. They never attempt for delivery at my delivery address which is my home so anybody always present but tracking update provide Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed. This is always for second and third attempt too, which I believe they never attempt actually.They always provide wrong update in tracker in their system. They are unprofessional in telephonic response and delivery wise. Some time, they will call from some number and when you call back the same number they will tell its wrong number. At other times, they will redirect to some other number. They wont give the consignment to spouse also telling that it banks policy for bank related consignment which is against the norms as long as, if you have valid document proof.And most importantly, every time they will lie that address is wrong/incomplete/improperly showed on system or consignee unavailable or will forward request to concerned team. They repeat the same excuses over and over.SUGGESTION for Blue Dart STAFF: please change with time or perish from business/service as competitors are behind your next door.

Worst courier services ever. no liabilities at all. i am not received my parcel from last 7 days whereas its estimate delivery date were already over. and the guys over there never pick up the phone for a single time. most tragic courier company and the tracking details they update was horrible. never believe them.

I tried so many times to them but no one picked my phone, one of my very important work missed dur to there negligence, my package was out for delivery but i havent receive a single call from them nor they are picking, in this world of technology tgey have the people who dont even know how to use a mobile, and one of the worst part of bluedart is they dont have a working customer service number

Where is my parcel that was supposed to be deliver yesterday 2nd May 2019. My office was opened till 7:30pm more than the usual hours awaiting the courier and without any call or any information the delivery executive has claimed my office to be closed.

Last 1month follow my credit card delivery but Blue dart staff are not good he not come to my house and always give excuse all are lier very poor service my bad experience for Blue dart.

They never came to deliver, neither called me for any query related to location, but updated in the status the no consignee found. I this any kind of joke. If you guyz dont want to deliver then why have you opened this service. Unnecessarily harassing the public.

Every time whenever they are late in delivering they lie that address is not locatable or consignee shifted whereas courier from other services come on time and Blue Dart themselves deliver the parcels frequently at my home.Once I had requested my credit card delivery at HDFC Bank, Central plaza near Minto Park which itself is the major landmark, even then they mentioned that the address could not be found.Beat that!

Bluedart is one of the Courier Service which provides nationwide delivery. Their service can be rated average at best. They dont have proffesional delivery guys as you would expect from a top Courier Company. Their service is further bogged down by misreporting by unethical and rude delivery boys. There has been several occasions where they deliberately misreported Customer not at home, door locked and I have to collect the parcels from their office in person, and rest of the time orders were returned. This is a sort of scam which is fast spreading to other courier companies too

Worthless service. Never book through Bluedart, Indian Postal Service is 100 times better than it. My letter reached within 24 hours at delivery location but they still not deliver it. 7 working days crossed.

Bullshit. Poor service. They update status of track without doing work. They never deliver parcel without return back to shipper. Their updates are example : 8:30 out for delivery and 8:33 address not found. Hey guys if you had your bad luck then just try to track your consignment to see poor tracking history.
