Although I have used this store before, after the last experience a star is more than enough. Tailoring is not for all the ladies who work there, some being very good (the first experience being very ok), others instead leave much to be desired. Last order: the dress was badly tailored and the seam at the bust level was desired; when I tried to repair it (in the morning of the event!) I discovered that it was crookedly cut, the material was cut unevenly, without a hem made in the harder to see areas and sewn extremely superficially. The qualifier is especially for the lady who took care of the dress (lack of professionalism and a clear deficit of communication with the client).

Unfortunately, they worked very badly - for two out of three bridesmaids, either their straps were loosened or their cracks were broken (more than necessary :)). Made in a hurry actually and they are not given the necessary attention. And for what it offers, I ask for a lot of money. But unfortunately you only find out in the end. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

To tell my mothers experience with this workshop where the ladies make commitments that they cant deliver on time.My mother chose a certain type of silk material and a certain color, measures were taken by the owner who has absolutely nothing to do with this job. (paid an advance for which he received neither the invoice nor the tax receipt). After three weeks, she was called to rehearsals, so that at that moment it was found that the material was not the one she had chosen, nor the color she wanted. Good! This was such a small introduction ..when my mother expressed her dissatisfaction the landlady contradicted her and a tense discussion ensued in which this lady, the landlady behaved desolately.Other measures were taken by the seamstress, to whom she put a pennys attention in her pocket in the idea that the promised ones would be ready on the appointed day.They set a day for the rehearsal, the day my mother returned and the dress was in the same stage while the landlady did not respond to the greeting.At the penultimate rehearsal where I accompanied her and at which the dress had to be finished and only lifted and the rest of the money paid, it was neither ready nor the sewn zipper, the sleeves nor the adjustment had taken place.While I was waiting for my mother at the rehearsal, another client came in, who also had to pick up her dress and be the second to leave Bucharest ... what can I say? Nobody knew about anyone, the seamstress who took care of the client was free and the womans dress was not ready. Wonderful!My mother was called the next day to pick up her dress again I accompanied a ... great joy that this time it was ready but at home I found many imperfections.Like the ones above, the dress was paid for, but the invoice or the tax receipt was completely missing.As advice I would say not to tell them the exact date when you need the dress, skirt, blouse or I know what, that you risk being ready on the last day when you will not have time for small adjustments. Do not agree to give an advance without receiving anything in hand.Make sure that what you have chosen material, color, pattern is what you need.

As always, the ladies behave exemplary. They find solutions for the needs of their clients. I feel very good about them ... and the dresses are exceptional.

Very serious staff, prepared and kind.Decent, reasonable prices.I showed the ladies a picture with the model I want plus some changes added by me, they understood me perfectly. My dress was ready in a week and a half, I went to two rehearsals, one being the one in which my measurements were taken. It came out better than the one in the picture, starting from the cut to the quality of the material.They have a wide range of quality materials and colors to choose from.The ladies guide you and help you with many useful tips depending on the conformation of each person, the guidelines were useful for me.I recommend this creative workshop.Thanks for the guidance.I will gladly return.

I started with a dress model for which she ran for two weeks to find what I wanted (a material that is quite difficult to find), after they managed to find what I wanted gave up the dress (due to the pandemic) ... sad because I didnt know whether to continue or not to make the dress (not knowing what laws are to be applied for events) time passed and I woke up 4 days before the event that still I want a dress🙈. Then it was the moment when all the girls mobilized and in 2 days I received the most beautiful dress, thank you girls, you are wonderful !!!!

Our first meeting was in 2015 and about once every 2 years I kept coming back to Atelier. Every time I was surprised by their services, the same professionalism, the same beautiful people and eager to tailor the dress of your dreams. The most important aspect for me is that every time I received extremely useful and beneficial advice from their counselors. In addition, even after so many years, the costs are still affordable ... a sign that passion is above business. I bow!

The ladies work beautifully, they saved me with a wedding dress on the last hundred meters, in a week and a half, after I had been fooled by another workshop, for 3 months. Thanks to them, I have the dream dress for the wedding.

Unfortunately I am disappointed by this store and their politics.The dresses in the store are the majority, mas S, and if you want another measure, or something modified on your dimensions, it costs DOUBLE !!! I do not understand why. A simple veil skirt, in the store is 199 lei and if you want another color, it costs you 400 lei !!!!!! Any tiv, costs 100 lei !!! Absurd!!!

I tried a dress that looked sympathetic, a pattern that had to be tightened in her waist, and she lowered her hips downward. The size of XS had that middle area, below my waist, somewhere where the basin was starting and obviously I did not like it. I wondered if you could pick up the area, focus on the waist, lengthen my legs, etc. And the answer of a lady was that my waist is lower than it actually is, and that my dress is very good. In the end, it even suggested that I have a different conformation (as my waist is lower than I should, a fake thing, with para-conformation, small waist). The dance strategy to make me buy the dress for it would come good, offending me and making me think the waist is where the basin starts, it was a very bad one. I would suggest the following: first of all, to document where a womans waist is, and two, not to use any wrongdoing, believing that she is manipulating people to buy something that does not fit well.

I gave a star because I can not give less. I went to the store to try on some wedding dresses and I found out that I had to do my programming, which is not mentioned on the site, or at least not in a visible place. I gave up taking some more from them when they found out that on Saturday I could not prove that I was going to go on vacation and I could only during the week, when they have a schedule from 10 to 19, so impossible to get there without you you ruin a day off. So I will not take my dress from them, I will sell to another store with normal schedule and that puts all the information on the site.

Very satisfied. I arrived at the workshop with my friends 3 weeks before the wedding. I had ordered the dresses for the bridesmaids at another workshop in the area, but a day before the rehearsal I was informed that the dresses could not be made due to lack of material in stock. . So we had to quickly find a solution. The girls at Desire were very nice and punctual. The dresses were ready on time, as promised and came out perfectly. I will return for other orders.

On the 14th of August I gave the order for a bridesmaid dress, taking me with my own material. I was promised that on September 10, I will be called to trial. On September 8, I was notified that the material taken was not enough and I was suggested to change my chosen model, making the upper part of the dress with lace, which I could not accept (the brides requirements).I told them I would like to take my material and advance back. The material I managed to recover only on September 12, and the advance only on September 14.In conclusion, I am very disappointed by this experience :( I practically ran out of dress for the event I needed it for. to find a solution.

They only have size S, at most M in the store (I was with my mother and did not need an L).2. The ladies in the store do not even smile with wax3. I ordered the dress, to the extent of my mother.
