Many items u wont find here n the worst part is, after billing they will check ur bag(inside) at the exit. I dont understand why they dont seal the bags at the billing counter. It will be convenient for them n for us costumer too.

Whats the purpose of the cashier asking for my phone number, if I am not being allowed to avail the amount that have been earned on my membership account? No clear guidance is provided on how to avail this and the cashier and the rest of the crew is simply arrogant and dismissive when asked how. Please make it clear to us customers if providing the phone number and creating a membership account has any use for us on the first place.And also kindly enable a well informed and clear process if we can avail our earned amount in our mbership account at all. If not kindly ask your staff to not ask for our phone numbers promiding false information.

Used to be good. However, nowadays employees at the store focus mainly on fulfilling Jio Mart orders. As a result, customers have to go looking for assistance and that also takes repeated requests.Another problem is that they only keep one billing counter open most of the times resulting in queues.

Simply disgusting experience..billing persons are very rude..seems like they are doing a favour on me by doing their job..Management should look into this & take rigid steps against these people..how dare these people react like this..offers are not very attractive too..varieties are also not much..better to see other options..for me a strict no

The store is big enough to offer most of the daily needs starting from daily groceries to vegetables and personal care items. The prices are always atleast 5% less than MRP and you can also get huge discounts on select items. Their home brand also has some great offerings at budget prices. It has wheelchair accessible entrance and is well organised. Good option for buying daily groceries and other requirements.

So so, less locality, nearby Big bazar is Narendrapur Mondir Gate & Reliance Mart is Narendrapur Rath tola. Bazar Rajpur. Train Station Baruipur & Sonarpur 1/2 an hour by Auto Rickshaw.

This is one of the small format (Fresh Store) of Reliance... its in the ground floor of Windsore near Kamalgazi Crossing.... staffs are helpful and courteous..

Excellent place. Hygiene looked after. Helpful courteous staff. Lots of space. Under normal conditions (we are not in normal conditions now with Corona around) there is a wide variety of merchandise. Vegetables and fruits are fresh and less costly than the local markets.

Please re-check the offers during billing. Many offers actually dont exist anymore and the customer will be charged the without-offer price. If pointed out, the cashier will pretend as if it it is customers mistake to point out.

I had placed an ordered for groceries on 5.8.2020. On 6th some of the most common items were marked as undeliverable and subsequently the the entire amount was refunded.I think they are not fully geared up to handle customers order on online platform.Needs lot of improvement.

Nice supermarket. Wide range of veggies and fruits. Couldve been more fresh though. Pocket friendly price. Nonveg frozen snacks are not available. Veg items only. Liked the place.

The qualities of the goods are just awesome!

I live in the very next apartmen. Yesterday I shopped at this place for almost 2000rs. It was 7pm and there were more store workers in the store than customers. They could have easily delivered the stuff at my place yesterday itself. Today its 11am already and there is no sign of them. Should have gone for big basket. Would have received earlier.
